Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5428 is to contained inside of site [REDACTED] in any regular staff sleeping room and is allowed contact with all staff members except for Dr. Bright. SCP-5428 is allowed any two items per week including furniture, appliances, clothes, and documents of any SCP he needs for his work
Description: SCP-5428 previously known as Dr. Dickson is an unaging 34-year-old American man with black hair. his hands are to be constantly covered with heavy-duty gloves from whatever shop he wishes them to be from. SCP-5428 is to be given security level 4 from 20/11/2020 and access to all places where Dr. Bright is not at.
SCP-5428 can change any object he touches into any object he can see besides living objects and sentient objects while still being able to turn a living or sentient object into an inanimate object. his secondary anomalous property activates when he is within 5 meters of any other SCP and when in use SCP-5428 gains the abilities of said other SCP unless it is an inanimate SCP upon which he will remove himself from the location of the SCP, even on some stages violently trying to get away using as much force as he seems necessary.

Dr.[redacted]: how are you feeling today?
SCP-5428: I'm feeling good how bout you?
Dr.[redacted]: I am well but today we are going to do some testing with two different SCPs are you up for that?
SCP-5428: ah yeah sure who are they?
Dr.[redacted]: SCP-096 and-
SCP-5428: HOLD UP 096?!
Dr.[redacted ye-yes why?
SCP-5428: IM GONNA HAVE TO GET CLOSE TO 096?
Dr.[redacted]: yes then you get to play with 131
SCP-5428: (he pauses) I'm in
Dr.[redacted]: what?
SCP-5428: hurry up and get me to 096
(5428 is then taken to 096's containment box)
Dr.[redacted]: do you feel any different?
5428 is silent
Dr.[redacted]: SCP-5428?
5428 is then seen screaming and covering his face before launching himself at Dr.[redacted]
Dr.[redacted]: 5428?!
as 5428 leaves the 5-meter proximity of 096's box he returns to normal
SCP-5428: Is that all?
Dr.[redacted]: Ye-ye-yes that will be-be all
SCP-5428: point me to 131 and I'll be off
Dr.[redacted] then sends 5428 towards 131.
