SCP-5210 - The Needle

Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-5210 is locked up in a 1 meter high and 3 meters wide steel box inside a 5 hanging on the ceiling of a 9 meter wide × 9 meter high white cell made of thick cement walls. The object should be observed by a d-class every week to see if the Needle is perfectly balanced inside. Any signs of cracks prior after one month should be reported immediately.
Incase of a breach, Delta Team 101 should be accompanied by 2 D-class personnel and 3 monkeys, D-class personnel are then commanded to
carry the 3 monkeys to SCP 5210 and themselves to immediately prick SCP-5210. By then Delta Team 101 should observe SCP 5210 for about 1 hour, once observe not moving or not sentient anymore, Delta Team 101 would be commanded to retrieve SCP 5210 and the D-class personnel and the monkeys now classified as SCP 5210-1 to Scp 5210-5 to quarantine cells while SCP 5210 is to be contain using a 2×2 steel box.
Description:
SCP-5210 is a sentient artifact approximately 0.7 millimeters in size, taking an appearance of a small needle use in surgical procedures. The item is made with a stainless steel and a faint of unknown biological matter.
SCP-5210 was originally classified in the safe category but after the Breach-5210 the object was immediately changed into Euclid and has been transferred into a different containment cell.
SCP 5210 once pricked by any biological or non biological matter with or without skin damage on the location pricked will now be classified as SCP-5210-1. SCP-5210-1 will then show symptoms of Hypersonmia, Paranoia, (Data Redacted), and Hallucinations every day for the whole week.
After one week SCP-5210-1 will wake up with stitches on random parts of the body, all organs positioned near the stitches are cleanly removed, its unknown who or how was this done. SCP 5210-1 will continue to experience random stitches everyday until SCP 5210-1 finally dies because of the loss of organs. As for the non biological matter it will experience extreme loss of durability everyday, a week after it will appear with big cracks sometimes measuring 1-3 meters and will continue until SCP-5210 has pricked atleast 5 biological beings during its sentient rage state. No other procedure can prevent the continous appearance of the stitches nor the cracks appearing on anything it pricks.
Scp 5210 must be pricked every one month by any d-class personel or it will start to be sentient as a show of its rage. It will then attempt to be unbalanced and prick its containtment box, the containtment box will then show big cracks or holes the week after. Scp 5210 will then attempt to prick anything after its escape on it's containtment box. All the walls or anything it pricks will show cracks or stitches a week after.
Discovery:
Scp 5210 was found in the east of (Data expunged), Philippines after a cult related to SCP-(Data Redacted) was reported to kidnap people in the town and sing lullabies of SCP (Data Reducted). Squad Angel 210 was dispatched to the area immediately to gain information and incase extract any anomalies used by the cult. Squad Angel 210 landed on (Data Reducted), Philippines at a time of 11:23 PM, the Squad immediately entered the forest where the cult has been seen retreating with their victims. Squad Angel reported to encounter blood trails and symbols related to Scp (Data Reducted), the squad continues until they located a blue house now known as Scp (Data Reducted) +Neutralized+ showing ageness, a foul smell was then smelled by the squad and was advised to use gas masks incase it is released by an anomaly or the cult members. Squad Angel immediately entered the Scp (Data Reducted) and discovered 6 dead Bodies with random stitches in every parts of their body encircled around SCP 5210 on the middle of the bloody symbol of Scp (Data reducted), the squad immediately located any cult members or other dead bodies but to no avail. Squad Angel was then informed to retrieve any suspicious items inside the location and was commanded to burn the forest to remove any evidence. Squad angel then retrieved Scp 5210 and SCP (Data reducted) to site 607 in (Data Reducted), Philippines. A cover up story about maniac terroist was then given to cover up the burning of the forest.
