Containment of SCP-XXXX is currently not nessecary.
SCP-XXXX is and will stay under Foundation protection. It is living with Agent ██████ who learned of SCP-XXXX existence first. SCP-XXXX is to be equippd with a GPS-Tracker at all time. SCP-XXXX is required to show up for a Veterianarian examination every Six months for routine Check-up. SCP-XXXX Name is only allowed to be known by the O5-Council, Agent ████ and Research Staff at Site-██. Everyone else who has knowledge of SCP-XXXX, is to be administered Class-A Amnestics.
SCP-XXXX is allowed to participate in any activity that is deemed acceptable for its Species. SCP-XXXX is to be castrated, to make sure that it does not breed with other kinds of its Species, since its currently unknown if its anomalous behaviour is genetically. A Sample of SCP-XXXX ██████ was taken in its first Veterinarian examination, and frozen. In case of Agent ██████ dying, or not being able to take proper care of SCP-XXXX, Research Staff at Site-██ is to find another Agent or Researcher to be bonded with SCP-XXXX.
Any harm done to SCP-XXXX will result in Termination, of offending Personell.

Description:

SCP-XXXX is a canine, of the Hungarian Breed ,Puli. His fur is black with a white spot on his belly. There is currently no possible way of containment, because of his nature of rematerializing, when being called by the Person it is currently bonded with. It is currently unknown how far SCP-XXXX can teleport. As of yet no known limit is discovered. SCP-XXXX can not teleport into an Environment that is harmful or hostile. See Test 1-4
Outside of its anomalous behaviour SCP-XXXX seems to be an average dog. Its weight is around 20kg and its height is 45cm. SCP-XXXX shows an unusal agression towards Tamiasciurus hudsonicus, more commonly known as the American red squirrel. See Addendum SCP-XXXX A2
SCP-XXXX came to the notice of the Foundation after the death of its owner in the Year 20██ after an accident, that resulted in the death of him. He has through unknown means gained knowledge of the Foundation. MATTER CURRENTLY UNDER INVESTIGATION

He contacted Agent ███████ who was at that time stationed in Germany, █████████, after his death, via an Email, that was sent by his Notary as stated in his will. Notary was administered Class-A Amnestic. This Email is shown in Addendum SCP-XXXX A1
After Agent ███████ got the email he contacted the Foundation at Site-██. He was then ordered to move to Site-██ to call SCP-XXXX. As he said the Name of SCP-XXXX it materialized in front of him wagging his tail, happy to see Agent ███████ as if he had already known him for a long time. It is confirmed that SCP-XXXX vanished in front of two Workers of the Animal Shelter in Germany, ████████. Class-A amnestics were applied. All known Information of SCP-XXXX with help of Agents working within the German State were removed.

Hello.
You have gotten this email after my death. My name is █████████. I am writing you this
as I have an Important matter to tell you. My Dogs name is █████.
As soon as you say his Name with the knowledge of what he is, and what he can do, he will Teleport, I really don't [Expletive] know how, to you. But don't be alarmed, he is a really nice dog. I know you guys are capable of keeping him safe and I wouldn't know who else could.
Here are a few things you should know.
He requires at least two walks for two hours every day.
He has no dietary restrictions however he prefers lamb meat mixed with carrots and potatoes. Dry food is okay as well, however mix it with water otherwise he will not touch it.
All I want for my Dog is that he is safe and protected.

Test 1: Testing the teleportation capabilites of SCP-XXXX.
Testing Personell: Agent ███████, Researcher Thompson.
Test Subject: SCP-XXXX

Agent ███████ is ordered to leave SCP-XXXX tied up around a Tree on the Compound of Site-██.
Agent ███████ enters the Testing Chamber after approximately 10 minutes.
Researcher Thompson tells Agent ███████ to say SCP-XXXX Name. Agent ███████ complies and says the Name of SCP-XXXX. As soon as Agent ███████ has said its Name SCP-XXXX materializes infront of Agent ███████ wagging its tail, still wearing the leash with it was tied around the Tree.

Test 2: Testing the teleportation capabilites of SCP-XXXX.
Testing Personel: Agent ███████, Researcher Thompson
Test Subject: SCP-XXXX, D-Class 3927

Before the Test begins Agent ███████ is ordered by Researcher Thompson to again tie up SCP-XXXX at a Tree on the Compound of Site-XX.
D-Class 3927 is given a Paper with the Name of SCP-XXXX and a Picture of it. D-Class is told to say the Name of SCP-XXXX.
D-Class complies and says the Name.

Nothing happens. Security Cameras pointing at SCP-XXXX on the Compound record that SCP-XXXX does nothing.

D-Class 3927 is briefed with SCP-XXXX anomalous behaviour and is told to say SCP-XXXX Name again now knowing what it can do. D-Class 3927 complies. As soon as the Name of SCP-XXXX is said it teleports to D-Class 3927.

D-Class 3927 was administered Class-A Amnestics

Note: Confirmation that SCP-XXXX will only teleport to a person that knows its Name and of its anomalous behaviour. Sidenote: Researcher Thompson was told by Agent ███████ that SCP-XXXX will not teleport as long as its in sight of the Person it is bonded with. Instead it chooses to run.

Note: Agent ███████ got in contact with Researcher Thompson after SCP-XXXX did not materialize in front of him. Agent ███████ told Researcher Thompson that SCP-XXXX broke a Mirror in Agent ███████ Livingroom. After Agent ███████ called out for SCP-XXXX it didnt materialize infront of him but choose to teleport to the Kitchen instead. It seems that SCP-XXXX knows of the State of its Enviroment and since the Livingroom was full of broken pieces of Mirror it knew that teleporting into the Room would potentially hurt it.

Test 3: Testing the teleportation capabilites of SCP-XXXX into harmful Environments.
Testing Personell: Agent ███████, Researcher Thompson, On-Site Veterinarian Dr.Hover
Test Subject: SCP-XXXX
Testing Environment: Testing Chamber filled with Broken Glass

Agent is told to go into the room and to say SCP-XXXX Name. Agent ███████ hesitates for a few Seconds. Dr.Hover tells Agent ███████ that if anything should happen to SCP-XXXX they will make sure that it will be treated with the best care. Agent ███████ complies and says the Name of SCP-XXXX.
Security Cameras on the Compound show that SCP-XXXX dematerializes. A Second later barking is heard infront of the Testing Chamber.

Note: This should be confirmation that SCP-XXXX does not Teleport into an Environment that is harmful to SCP-XXXX.

Test 4: Testing the teleportation capabilites of SCP-XXXX into harmful Environments while wearing Protective Gear
Testing Personell: Agent ███████, Researcher Thompson
Test Subject: SCP-XXXX
Test Environment: Testing Chamber filled with Broken Glass

Agent is told to put on kevlar protected Boots above the paws of SCP-XXXX. Agent XXXX struggels with SCP-XXXX. Researcher Thompson tries to help Agent ███████ but accidentally steps onto the Tail of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX Turns around and starts growling at Researcher Thompson, who immediatly backs off.

Note: This is the first time SCP-XXXX has shown agression to any other living being

Agent is told to move into the Chamber and say SCP-XXXX Name. Agent ███████ complies and says the Name of SCP-XXXX. SCP-XXXX teleports iimmediately into the Room.

Note: It seems that SCP-XXXX will teleport into a harmful Environment when wearing Gear that will protect it. How it knows that it will protect is currently unknown.
Researcher Thompson has proposed the Idea that SCP-XXXX has telepathic capabilites.

Show Addendum SCP-XXXX A2

Agent ███████ contacted Research Staff at Site-██ after an incident with SCP-XXXX while taking a walk in the woods.
While taking the walk SCP-XXXX saw a Tamiasciurus hudsonicus¹. As soon as it saw the Animal it began barking agressivley. Agent ███████ tried to calm SCP-XXXX and move into the other direction. SCP-XXXX teleported towards the Animal and killed it in an instant. After that SCP-XXXX became as calm as previously known. Luckily Agent ███████ lives in the middle of the ████████ █████ so chance of anyone seeing this is close to 0. Agent ██████ was told to minimize the population of said Species near his Route.

No further Testing into the teleportation capabilities of SCP-XXXX is to be permitted, since its Capabilities are useless to the Foundation as of yet. The Investigation of how the previous owner obtained knowledge of the Foundation is still unknown. But since he worked for the German ██████ ████████ █████ (the equivalent of the American ████████) it is possible that he had previous contact with the Foundation.
