Special Containment Procedures: the mask is to he held in a 5x5x5 steel box at all time and it must have weekly checks to ensure that there is no cracks. The box must be kept in a locked room with no windows and two guards outside to make sure that no one enters without authorization. There are no cameras allowed in the room at any time.

Description: SCP-4510 appears to be a plastic mask with white paint over it as well as pink paint in the bottom right corner and it has bits of gold glitter under the eyes, all of the paint appears to be faded away from ageing.

Any living being that sees SCP-4510 will proceed to make countless attempts to wear the mask it some tests we found out that what ever has seen it will go to any lengths to get to it including dismemberment and self mutilation to fit into an area. Wearing SCP-4510 will result in the person snapping their own neck any means necessary in the next 5 minutes even if they have taken off SCP-4510.

All that is know about SCP-4510’s backstory is that it came from [DATA EXPUNGED] and the foundation found it and took it too site-17 after they learned about it because of an entire family in [DATA EXPUNGED] was found dead with their necks broken and the mask left on the youngest child's body, after further inspection of bruises and other other wounds it is believed that the family after they all made eye contact with SCP-4510 that they fought over it with the youngest being the weakest he was the last to wear it and die.

Even if the person only sees the mask from a picture they will almost entirely lose control and start brainlessly running towards the mask in an attempt to wear it. Unlike SCP-035 the effects of attempting to wear SCP-4510 is instant.
Through tests we have concluded that SCP-4510 is not sentient
After a containment breach at site-17 we have concluded that SCP-4510 can get other scp’s to wear it and not just humans,
further tests will be conducted.
