Special Containment Procedures: SCP-7569 is to be contained in a concrete room with a pipe that can vacuum gas inside the cell, connected to two (2) gas tanks. There is to be a control room next to SCP-7569's cell, with two (2) buttons that are labeled Transmit To Cell and Vacuum Gas.

Description: SCP-7569 is a sentient crimson red balloon with a black "face" printed onto it.
SCP-7569 is active during hours 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. SCP-7569 has a gas contained inside its body named SCP-7569-1. If SCP-7569 is attacked, it will create holes (it is yet unknown how it does this) and release SCP-7569-1. SCP-7569 will paralyze any living entity that is in range. SCP-7569 and
SCP-7569-1 have been responsible for no deaths of the foundation. SCP-7569 has rescued personnel from other SCPs before. An example, SCP-7569 released SCP-7569-1 when a Class D was being lured to SCP-012. A procedure can be used to extract SCP-7569-1 from SCP-7569. This procedure is:

A personnel enters control room.
SCP-7569 is to be in its cell.
The personnel holds down the Transmit To Cell button whilst saying, "SCP-7569, please release SCP-7569."
SCP-7569 releases SCP-7569-1.
The personnel clicks the Vacuum Gas button.
Personnel clicks the Vacuum Gas button again when the gas tanks are almost full.
Procedure Ends.

If a part of the procedure has failed, a scientist/guard is to enter the room, hold the Transmit To Cell button whilst saying, "SCP-7569 and [Previous Personnel Name], we are restarting the procedure. The procedure is to start again, this attempt with a different personnel.
