Description: SCP-6099 is a human male in his late twenties dressed in what appears to be formal attire from an unknown culture or time period who only appears to humans through dreams.
Following event-6099-09, we have now discovered that SCP-6099 very rarely appears to conscious humans in a vision or trance like state. If SCP-6099 chooses to appear in this way, time temporarily stops for the affected individual until SCP-6099 departs from them.
Thus far no Foundation personnel have encountered SCP-6099 in the real world; if he corresponds to an actual human being, we have yet to find him.
SCP-990 has been appearing to Foundation personnel since [DATA EXPUNGED]. SCP-990's existence came to light when several Agents discussed having dreams involving a similar individual. Numerous other Agents reported dream-sightings of an individual matching the description of SCP-990. The phenomenon did not officially receive SCP classification until the aftermath of event-990-07.
