Special Containment Procedures:(Amended):(Revised 05/10/20██) SCP-???? is to be kept in a standard humanoid containment unit furnished with a bed, an arm chair and an assortment of books changed out at the request of SCP-???? until one week before it enters her active state. Starting one week before it enters its active state SCP-???? is to be moved to site λ-16 . While at site λ-16¹ SCP-???? is to be provided anything, she requests (within reason) until 24 hours before the start of her active period. Starting 24 hours before her active period all personnel are to move to a safe distance and are not to enter the anomalous zone under any circumstances until the end of the active period.

Description: SCP-????, formerly Tara Sinclaire², appears to be an 18-year old human female with stag like horns that are composed of an incredibly strong form of obsidian protruding from her forehead and solid black eyes. SCP-???? has a generally pleasant personality when interacting with foundation staff but, if questioned about the parts of her past she becomes agitated and will try to avoid the question.
While outside of her active state SCP-???? has superhuman speed, strength, durability and reaction time, she has the ability to see heat signatures and see in the dark. While in her active state from, October 5th to November 1st, she has all of the afore mentioned properties as well as the ability to change the landscape in a 15 km radius into a mirror of the forest she was found in, her hands transform into claws and the ability to slow down the cognitive abilities of any living creature within 2 meters of her. while in her active state SCP-???? cannot willingly leave this area and will not respond to any attempt to talk to her.

Addendum ????-01: Discovery: In response to a number of missing persons reports involving the area of forest between ███████ and ██████, Ontario, Canada that ended with the discovery of mutilated corpses as well as several survivor reports of a humanoid creature, MTF sigma-10 “prey animals” were dispatched to find and contain the entity. After three days sigma-10 located an entity matching the descriptions made by survivors. The entity was wandering aimlessly through the forest muttering to herself and when confronted by Cpt. █████ Jackson the entity immediately surrendered and was taken into custody.
Addendum ????-02: Containment breach: [On 05/10/20██ SCP-???? entered her active state for the first time in foundation custody, this resulted in a site wide breach as many other containment cells were turned into forest. In response to the containment breach sigma-10, which had been on sight for a debriefing, was dispatched into the anomaly to neutralize or recapture any SCP’s that were released (see recording ????-02). After all escaped SCP’s were contained the containment procedure for SCP-??? was amended.

Dr. Alates: It’s just a precaution as we don’t know the extent and nature of your anomalous properties.
SCP-????: I suppose that’s fair.
Dr. Alates: Now that that’s out of the way I’m Dr. Michael Alates, I have a few questions for you today.
SCP-????: Fire away.
Dr. Alates: First, what is your name?
SCP-????: My name is [SCP-??? appears to be lost in thought for several seconds] I can’t remember.
Dr. Alates: Hm, alright, what is your date of birth?
SCP-????: [SCP-???? becomes visibly agitated] Is there a point to this line of questioning doctor?
Dr. Alates: there’s no need to take that tone. Next question, do you know the nature of your anomalous properties?
SCP-????: [SCP-???? relaxes] this one I can answer, I can see in complete darkness normally, I can see heat signatures, my skin is exceptionally hard to pierce, at a full sprint I can run at 40 km/h for up to 3 hours and I can survive for at least 30 days without food or water.
Dr. Alates: OK, do you know how your anomalous properties manifested?
SCP-????: [SCP-??? appears to be lost in thought for several seconds] it’s a little fuzzy but I remember being on a hike with a group of people, before you ask, I don’t remember them, when we came across a cave. For some reason that escapes me now we decided to enter the cave and then my memory cuts out until about three months ago.
Dr. Alates: What do you remember from three months ago till now?
SCP-????: well it was really fucking hard to survive in the forest and because of the gaps in my memory I couldn’t find my way back to civilization, I had stag horns which took some getting used to, animals tended to avoid me like the plague and then there’s another gap starting around the start of October until three days ago.
Dr. Alates: hmm, that is mildly concerning.
SCP-????: why is that?
Dr. Alates: This interview is over.
SCP-????: wait, why is it concerning?!
