Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX in its entirety is to be kept in a high security storage complex and inspected for signs of tampering on a weekly basis. Level 4 security clearance is required for authorized removal of an instance of SCP-XXXX. Testing of SCP-XXXX is strictly prohibited until further notice. Individuals known or suspected to be under the influence of SCP-XXXX are to be held captive in a humanoid containment facility and supervised at all times, without a single moment of privacy. No two persons affected by SCP-XXXX are to be allowed to converse or otherwise interact with one another without the approval of the site administrator or the Overseer Council.

Description: SCP-XXXX refers to a collection of edible gelatin capsules replete with an unidentifiable powder, designated SCP-XXXX-1 through SCP-XXXX-32 as of latest. The capsules are contained in a typical translucent orange pill bottle with a white cap. No medicinal information is featured on the bottle, but rather the words "PURE EVIL" written neatly in sharpie.

When an SCP-XXXX capsule is consumed by a human, an immediate anomalous shift in their behavior occurs. Affected individuals experience a sharp increase in intelligence (as many as 20 IQ points) and exhibit disinterest in preserving human life, including the lives of close friends and colleagues. Any request for an affected individual to work toward an altruistic goal, however grand or trivial, will invariably be declined if there is no opportunity for harm to arise from the task. Whether the objective is outright dismissed as inconsequential or an alternative excuse is given to disguise their apathy is circumstantially dependent, but the sociopathic tendencies of an individual affected by SCP-XXXX are unmistakable upon diligent investigation.

Ingesting an SCP-XXXX capsule will additionally result in the development of an insatiable desire to inflict pain and psychological torment upon others as often as possible while avoiding consequence. Affected individuals have been observed to premeditate detailed schemes for enacting murder, rape, and torture among other illegal and malicious activities, remaining keenly alert for any indications that they are under scrutiny or suspicion.

SCP-XXXX has not been tested on non-human subjects or in multiple doses, with such experiments being discouraged as to curb wastefulness and preserve the limited stock of the anomaly.
