Class A Amnestics and therapy are available to those who choose to do so, as some information passed along by SCP XXXX can be interpreted as mentally harmful. SCP XXXX is, under no circumstance, to be asked about the occupation or existence of other versions of itself, as this causes great distress and could potential lead to self - neutralization. SCP XXXX does not require any entertainment, and only one person at a time is to be allowed in to see it at a time, due to multiple people being present confusing it.

Description - SCP XXXX appears to be a middle-aged man around 40 years old, with graying brown hair and blue eyes. Formerly going by the name Thomas Eugene, SCP XXXX was recovered on August 13, 2012, when his anomalous properties manifested at a library located in downtown Salt Lake City. On this date, SCP XXXX gained total clairvoyance over not only his reality, but several other possible realities at the same time, and manifested into a mental breakdown. After being restrained, SCP XXXX came into Foundation Attention when, under psychiatric evaluation, he mentioned knowledge pertaining to SCP’s XXX, XXX, and XXXX. A Foundation agent assuming the guise of a Psychologist picked up on him while preforming a routine check of hospitals for any SCP contact from the general public.
SCP XXXX appears to view all possible realities simultaneously, and with the pad and paper that are routinely given to him, writes down where SCP’s are located, GoI activities, and can even pull up whereabouts on people of interest, if they are both named and described. However, none of this is to be considered completely accurate, as SCP XXXX can see every possible outcome of what is happening to that particular SCP, GoI, or individual in any given Universe, and often reports false information believing that they are viewing a different Universe. Due to this, any information relevant to Foundation interests is to be held in a quantum sort of light, believing them to be both, simultaneously, true and untrue, until investigated.
