Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be a small blue towel, and has many stains and loose threads, implying years of use. SCP-XXXX has the ability to store nearly twice its weight in liquid. When any liquid comes out of SCP-XXXX, it temporarily gains a form of healing properties, being able to close any external human wounds. Its worth noting that the water only heals what it comes in contact with, which means it is unable to heal internal wounds.
