Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5146 is to be kept within a standard humanoid containment cell at Site 108 and to be provided with any items on request within reason, except for items that have words belonging to the English language printed or written on them.
SCP-5146 is not to be let outside of its cell, and all personnel must seek approval from Dr. Hays prior to any experimentation. SCP-5146 is to be communicated to only in Russian, both verbally and in writing. Any notes written on SCP-5146 must be in Russian, using only the appropriate Cyrillic and Roman characters.
