Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a sealed 10x10 room. Two security guards are to be stationed outside at all times. SCP-XXXX is to be monitored by one (1) security camera fixated inside the room.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an 8.5" x 5.5" piece of white paper, capable of duplicating objects drawn onto it in real life. The drawn object in question may be anything, from animate to inanimate. The drawer is able to use any artistic tool on the paper, including pens, pencils, paint brushes, etc. Whatever is drawn on the paper and formed in real life has the size of it as it was drawn on the paper, unless specific measurements are written beside it.
Although SCP-XXXX is capable of creating anything into real life, it itself is impossible to duplicate by any means. Once drawn, SCP-XXXX will create it's drawing in two (2) minutes to five (5) minutes, which depends on the size, scale, species, and shape of the object; it's drawn object will materialize three feet away from it1, fully formed and four-dimensional.
Despite being able to create anything, SCP-XXXX is much more able to create inanimate objects than it is animate2. For an animate object to be created, every proportion must be correct and fitting the size, scale, shape, etc. of the animate object in question. If something is off by too much and the animate object is a living, breathing organism, it will die off within two (2) minutes.
Objects and beings of fantasy can be created by SCP-XXXX without any defaults. Scientists have hypothesized the theory of this being easier because of the fact that fantasy beings or objects have never existed in real life. This being said, the drawer can make their "fantasy creature" however they want, as proportions do not need to be matching any description.
