Special Containment Procedures: Outpost Epsilon 10 has been set up to monitor SCP XXXX at all times. Outpost must always contain an observation site team of at least 10 researchers, five D-class personnel, a labeled black phone and laptop manned 24/7 by a team of communications technicians, a copy of the notes and journals of PoI 2319 "Croix", and an armored united of Mobile Task Force Nu-7 "Hammer Down" on standby.
In the event that the PoI known as "Croix" contacts the foundation, the comms team are to immediately listen and record the entire conversation and follow his instructions. As per an agreement between Croix and the Foundation, no one is to attempt to contact Croix directly unless given permission from the site director or in the event of a failed Magenta scenario. See Incident XXXX A.
In the event of a Mangenta scenario, the site is to perform the following rituals:
