Special Containment Procedures Revision 3: SCP-XXXX is to be kept on a pedestal in the centre of an unsecured room designed to be hard to traverse. It mist also be openly accessible to class D personnel . All personnel must be warned that entering this room outside of research on SCP-XXXX will result in their immediate termination or Dismissal alongside the administration of an appropriate class of Amnestic to completely expunge any memory of SCP-XXXX. Therefore 24 hour surveillance is required on the entrance to the room alongside the room itself. any class D personnel who are recorded entering must be thoroughly searched before being terminated.

During transportation or experimental use of SCP-XXXX it must not be directly observed or touched without the use of polarised headgear and latex gloves. Only the class D subject using SCP-XXXX is allowed to break these restrictions.

Any class D subject using SCP-XXXX under a week must be administered a Class C Amnestic to rid them of any memory of SCP-XXXX to stop any obsessive actions to return SCP-XXXX. Any Class D Subjects with a particular high IQ, extreme world view, highly physically fit, insane belief about themselves or others must be terminated as not even Amnestics stop the obsessions in these individuals.

Any class D subject using SCP-XXXX for over a week must be contained in a human containment cell specifically designed to counteract any abilities gained during their personal actualisation process. These class D subjects will then henceforth be reclassified as SCP-XXXX-XX.

If any SCP-XXXX-XX that did not complete their personal actualisation processes they must be moved offsite so there is no possibility of them requiring SCP-XXXX.

Addendum: Personnel who witnessed or handled SCP-XXXX after its removal from SCP-XXXX-X have all displayed obsessive behaviour centred around possessing SCP-XXXX. This behaviour was recorded as only starting after SCP-XXXX was placing it in containment and was no longer in physical contact with any member of personnel. [SCP-XXXX must be Kept in an unsecured room under 24 hour surveillance, this seems to counteract the teleportation phenomenon observed at site 11. We have discovered that unless it is possible for a host to find SCP-XXXX it seems to be able to distort space to 'teleport' to the the closest available organism to act as its new host. As a consequence a member of the onsite Class B personnel has now been reclassified as SCP-XXXX-2. He was in contact with SCP-XXXX for 3 weeks and the changes require further study. [SCP-XXXX must be kept far away from any SCP-XXXX-XX and any previous hosts must have there memories of it wiped via appropriate Amnestic. This still however does not stop obsessions in all individuals. It seems that the obsessions are stronger the longer they were SCP-XXXX's host and on what quality host they were. It seems that those with superior physical traits or specifically high IQ's are both more susceptible to SCP-XXXX's obsessive effects. Description SCP-XXXX seems to be some kind of ancient and rusted wristband, possibly Sumerian. SCP-XXXX was found alongside SCP-XXXX-1 a man of around 25, about 1.93 metres of middle-eastern descent. It would seem that SCP-XXXX-1 is covered in ritualistic burns and scars of an unknown origin more research required.
