Special Containment Procedures: Item SCP-6023 is to be kept in a standard small items locker when research is not being conducted. Only foundation personnel with security clearance lvl-2 or above have authorized access to SCP-6023, but the consent of a Head Researcher must be obtained for use by lvl-2 staff.

Description: Currently contained in Site-19. Origin is unknown. Object is a typical pharmaceutical bottle with a volume of 120 ml. Contents of SCP-6023 are known to change whenever the object is not being directly viewed (or visually recorded); though in some instances the contents of SCP-6023 will remain the same for up to 24 hours. The recorded contents of SCP-6023 are various liquid state medicines commonly found in most pharmacies. Though the object does not show any labeled brand names or expiration dates when tested, it does label the contents inside and the directions for use. Emptying the object does not prevent it from re-filling itself when visual contact is broken.

Addendum: After attempting to add sleeping medication to a janitor's coffee, Assistant Researcher █████ █████████ is not to be allowed access to SCP-6023.
