Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4XXX is to be kept in a standard office at Site-19. SCP-4XXX is to be hooked up via ethernet cable to a computer of any brand running windows 8.5. The computer connected to SCP-4XXX must have SCP-4XXX-1 installed so the computer can interact with SCP-4XXX. The office containing SCP-4XXX must be guarded by 1 armed guard at all times. The office must be outfitted with no less than 3 security cameras. More if 3 is deemed to be insufficient. In the event one of the banned substances is printed from SCP-4XXX (see below), the wing of the building the office SCP-4XXX is in must be evacuated and the appropriate clean-up team must be contacted.
Description: SCP-4XXX is a 3D printer of a previously unknown model. It is 1m x 1m x 0.5m. SCP-4XXX is constructed of a high grade of black plastic. It is currently unknown how SCP-4XXX resists the destructive power of some of the more volatile materials SCP-4XXX is able to produce. Research is ongoing into whether or not this is due to advanced reinforcement of the material, or of more anomalous means.
