Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Euclid
Special containment procedures: SCP-XXXX is housed in a 4 x 7 meter reinforced containment cell at Site ██. Everything entering SPC-XXXX’s cell must be scanned for destructive items (i.e. bombs, fire hazards) that can be a danger to SCP-XXXX’s surroundings. Due to the subjects invulnerability, the main goal of containment should be to protect personnel working in proximity to SCP-XXXX.
An explosive gas detector should be activated and mounted in the subjects cell at all times. SCP-XXXX’s cell should not have any security cameras installed to prevent the re-occurrence of addendum XXXX-3.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a 26-year-old male from ███████, Canada. The subject is 1.8 meters tall, has brown hair and green eyes. SCP-XXXX has no obvious anomalous characteristics, but the subject has shown to have survived extremely dangerous threats that include: Fires, land mines, knife attacks, gunfire, falls from great heights and ██████.
While SCP-XXXX seems to be immortal in lethal situations, the subject can be hurt by minor damage like bruises and small cuts. SCP-XXXX cannot: Fracture/break bones, develop scar tissue or suffer from any illnesses.
Before containment, SCP-XXXX served in the Afghanistan war as a part of a Ground Force division. After surviving multiple lethal encounters in warfare, SCP-XXXX caught the attention of an undercover foundation agent and was taken into custody by the SCP Foundation. The military and SCP-XXXX's relatives were told an alibi that the subject died from stepping on a landmine during commission.
Addendum #XXXX-1:
October 25, █████: A malfunctioning gas stove from the on-site kitchen in adjacent room to SCP-XXXX’s cell caused propane gas to leak into the subjects’ cell by unknown means. When the cell had filled with a low concentration of propane, a spark started a fire that engulfed both SCP-XXXX’s cell and SCP-XXXX.
25 seconds after combustion of the cell the fire alarm was set off manually by guards patrolling the hallways. Security footage showed SCP-XXXX running out of its cell unharmed by the fires.
The site was successfully evacuated, and the fire was extinguished resulting in 0 casualties.
It is unknown exactly how the gas or the spark that caused the fire appeared in SCP-XXXX’s cell.
In response to this accident, SCP-XXXX was moved to a reinforced cell and a explosive gas detector was installed.
Addendum #XXXX-2
October 29, █████: A 7.4 magnitude earthquake caused the south building of Site ██ including SCP-XXXX’s cell to collapse into a previously undiscovered cave. The incident caused ████ casualties, SCP-XXXX being the only survivor.
Addendum #XXXX-3
November 2, █████: SCP-XXXX is seated in its cell eating breakfast. A sudden explotion coming from inside SCP-XXXX destroys the cell and starts a fire at the site. After the explosion, The site's Scranton Reality Gauge Alarm triggered when an inter-dimensional portal manifested where SCP-XXXX's cell was. This portal caused all on-site electrical systems to go offline, and the portal de-manifested several minutes later.
During the evacuation of the site, the following radio transmission of a voice originating from site ██ was received by nearby foundation radio stations. "Transmission from Site ██ headquarters, Site ██ is on fire. SCP-XXXX is confirmed dead. OVER". Sounds of fire and people shouting could be heard in the background of the radio transmission.
This transmission was later discovered to never have been sent from site ██ headquarters, and SCP-XXXX had been found unconscious, but miraculously alive in its destroyed cell. It is believed that the transmission came from the other side of the dimensional portal that was created during the explotion, and that [DATA EXPUNGED]. This theory is supported by the philosophic works of
Erwin Schrödinger and Max Tegmark, respectively.
After this incident, the site was rebuilt and SCP-XXXX was relocated to a new cell for with no security cameras installed. No incidents have happened since.
