Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4943 is to be kept in a 5 meter by 3 meter humanoid containment cell. At all times 1 personnel should be allowed to stay in contact with SCP-4943 for more then 24 hours, this is mandatory outside of testing purposes. At least 1 personnel must be under the effects of SCP-4943 at all time, a maximum of 48 hours of time alone is allowed in the case of no non violent D-class being available, after this it is mandatory for at least 1 personnel to enter the containment chamber of SPC-4943.
Description: SCP-4943 is a child seemingly of European descent and 10 years of age with pale skin, a thin build, short dark brown hair, brown eyes, and smooth skin. When any personnel who come into contact with SCP-4943 for more then 24 hours develop an obsession with SCP-4943 and start acting like a parental figure towards SCP-4943 and put SPC-4943's well being over there own. Personnel under the effects of SCP-4943 commonly never leave SCP-4943's side for any reason whatsoever, personnel under the effects of SCP-4943 will eat food and drink water but will not leave SCP-4943 to get food or water, most food or water given to personnel under the effects of SCP-4943 is given to SCP-4943 without question. Personnel with a history of child endangerment or child harming are immune to the effects of SCP-4943 and show a obsessive desire to not interact with SPC-4943. If no personnel are under the effects of SCP-4943 for more then 48 hours SCP-4943 will enter a state of panic and will commonly break containment and force the nearest personnel into there containment chamber, any attempt to stop this is met with deadly force from SCP-4943. SCP-4943 was found in █████ England in an old apartment building, after many civilians including law inforcement went missing investigating the building, local undercover scp agents went to investigate the building and did not come back, after this a mobile task force was sent to investigate the building and they came out with two members dead and a sedated SCP-4943, SCP-4943 was then put in containment.

Interviewed: SCP-4943
Interviewer: Dr. █████
Dr. █████: Hello 4943, are you doing well today?
SCP-4943: Yes, I am fine but I am pretty lonely.
Dr. █████: That's good, today I'm going to ask you some questions and you must answer them, do you understand 4943?
SCP-4943: Yes I understand, can I have someone to play with after this?
Dr. █████: Yes you will get a play mate after this, anyway 4943 how long ago can you remember?
SCP-4943: I can remember a time I think 3 years ago, a lot of people wanted to play with me.
Dr. █████: Can you remember anything before that?
SCP-4943: No I cant, its really odd, most kids I knew where able to remember far better.
Dr. █████: Ok next, do you know how you got to the location the foundation found you?
SCP-4943: No I never did leave there, I never had to all of my new play mates gave me a lot of food and water when they first find me, some of them had entire bags of it.
Dr. █████: If you where there for all of your known life, then how come you understand English?
SCP-4943: One of my first playmates that I can remember told me how to understand him so we could talk.
Dr. █████: Why are you so obsessed with getting "Play mates"?
SCP-4943: Play mates are the only people who ever where there for me.
At this point SCP-4943 starts to become destressed.
Dr. ████: I think that's all I needed to ask, you will be lead back to your room by a kind guard and then you will get your play mate within the hour.
SCP-4943: Yay I'm happy to get to meet a new playmate.
