Item #: SCP-XXXX
Object Class: Safe
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 1.5x1.5x1.5 meter container with soil filled up to 1.2 meters. Small holes are required on the container's lid for air circulation. The worms are to be fed 1 pound of organic food scraps per 20 worms every week.
Population is to be monitored closely as SCP-XXXX has the ability to reproduce with around 5 offspring per batch with rapid breeding around once a month.
Description: SCP-XXXX appears to be an average gummy worm with the exception of having organs with a similar layout that of a normal worm. The body and organs of SCP-XXXX are made up of a solid gelatin, with the bodily fluids being a jelly-like liquid.
Due to the gelatin body, the gummy worms have the ability to be stretched exponentially, with the stretching distance varying on the gummy worm's length and last meal. After a meal, an adult worm can reach a total length of 1/2 a meter or more without sustaining damage.
Like a normal gummy worm, SCP-XXXX is colored. The color of a gummy worm alters depending on the parent worms' coloration. The color affects the worm's entire body, including blood. Each color signifies a distinct flavor. The only colors are red (strawberry), orange (orange) blue (blue raspberry), green (watermelon), and purple (grape).
Addendum: The only colony of SCP-XXXX was discovered inside of a worm farm behind an abandoned building in ████, Indiana. The farm was labeled as "Wondertainment Test" in marker, confirming they were created by Doctor Wondertainment. How or why the farm ended up here is currently unknown.
