Protocol Red Locust

Protocol Red Locust (Protocol RL) is what happens when the container stops in SCP-4367's containment cell. If the container were to stop and/or lose power, the workers and/or maintenance crew are supposed to turn on reserve power. The guards are to take position on the towers, four in each tower, all facing north, south, east, and west. If anything were to move inside of SCP-4367's cell, contact Delta-6 immediately.
