SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a cell with no lights. All foundation staff that see a light from the cell are to immediately report to the medical bay for examination. If the examination finds a trace of The Light within the subject, The Light Event begins and they are to be immediately exterminated. If they are not killed within 30 seconds, an entity known as SCP-XXXX-1 appears beside them. All staff are to be evacuated immediately, and all civilians within 10 kilometers of the affected area are disposable and killed if found. SCP-XXXX-1 is docile until the 10 minute mark, at which it [Redacted]. During this time, SCP-XXXX will assume a humanoid form of pure light, and anyone who sees it will be turned to ash immediately. SCP-XXXX-1 appears to disappear after the 24 hour mark, and SCP-XXXX seemingly vanishes and is found back in it's cell, and normal behavior resumes. All staff are to report back to Site-287 after the incident. 05 council have issued for it to be destroyed as soon as possible, and Site Research Team 5 are to work on a method to destroy it, but every time they're close to a solution they seemingly forgot about what they were planning. This has led them to believe that SCP-XXXX is responsible for this, and have tried various methods such as writing it on paper, the wall, as well as on themselves. All of this information disappears with the solution, and anyone who was written on has had developed The Light inside them and led to The Light Event. All civilians that are suspected of seeing The Light are to be killed, and any other civilians that witness the extermination are to be killed as well. Anything depicting SCP-XXXX including drawings trigger The Light in any personnel that look at them, and The Light Event containment procedure should be followed.
