Special Containment Procedure:
SCP XXXX Is to be kept in a 5x5x5 compressed durable steel box. The steel is 3 centimeters thick. NO CAMERAS are to be in SCP XXXX's box without authorization from class 3 Levels or above. Surrounding SCP XXXX's door is polycarbonate and brittle (bullet proof) glass.
Special Containment Procedure:
SCP XXXX is to be kept in a 5x5x5 compressed durable steel box. The steel is 3 centimeters thick. At least 2 security guards are to be on the perimeter at all times with anti dark lenses (which prevents colors black, violet, blue, and green.) These glasses prevent seeing SCP XXXX's eyes. Every 2 - 3 Hours, The containment box needs to be analyzed for holes while wearing anti dark lenses. Melted alloy is to be congealed on holes found on the containment box. NO CAMERAS are to be in SCP XXXX's box without authorization from class 3 4 Levels or above.
Description:
SCP XXXX has long dirty blonde hair and luxuriant facial hair. SCP XXXX seems to be the race Arabic. SCP XXXX is covered in an approximately 6 meter long toga, consecutively wrapped 3 times around his body. SCP XXXX's toga is made of white wool, covered in dirt stains. SCP XXXX's toga is covering his torso, legs down to the ankle, the waste, and up to his shoulders. SCP XXXX has pure black eyes, which if are stared into, would cause a catastrophe in your body.
Discovery:
SCP-XXXX was found in █████ █████████, California. As witnessed by neighbors, SCP-XXXX was found by Detective █████, in the back yard of a house of the neighborhood. When approaching SCP-XXXX, SCP-XXXX turned around at the detective and light started ascending from them. The police were called and arrived at the scene, but SCP-XXXX was gone. The neighbor who witnessed it, ██████, said, "I was mowing my lawn when the detective approached me. He asked if I knew anything about a missing child. He said that the child has been decamped for weeks and lived in this neighborhood. I told him I did not, then he told me to get inside and that he saw someone in the forest. I went inside and looked out to see what was happening. I saw the detective walk over, freeze, then light started blaring out of no where. It almost blinded me. I couldn't see anything. I decided to call the police and complain about light disruption. I didn't know what else to say." After this event, the SCP foundation was called and investigated the neighborhood. SCP-XXXX was found by, Officer ████ and safely contained him in the back of an AV7 van.
Note: The missing child, ██████ and Detective █████ are still missing. Searches have been conducted on them

Experiment 1:
"Alright," (enters in glass box in SCP XXXX's containment box.) "Who's is this rich dude?" SCP XXXX starts walking toward D Class. D Class starts staring and then freezes, with a wide expression on his face. SCP XXXX tries to make physical contact with D Class, but is stopped by the glass box Class D is in. this process goes on for hours, until XXXXXXX team forcibly removes D class out of the containment zone. D class reverts back to normal, confused of what just happened.
Interrogation of Experiment 1:
Dr. XXXXXX interrogates D class. Dr, "What did you see?" D class, "It was like a dream… a very vivid dream. I was walking down a hallway huddled with people booing at me. I felt a sharp sting forced on my back, I turned around to see… him with a whip in his hands…"
"who?" Dr. Gilbert says. "The SCP, or whatever that thing is. He shoved me, and told me to keep going. I started to walk up a staircase. When I got to the top, their was a noose… with a stool below it. He told me to get on and I did. When I got on, he commanded me to wrap the noose around my neck… and I did so. He was about to remove the chair below me… but then everything froze." Dr. Gilbert, "Everything?" D class, "Yes, everything, the people booing at me, the SCP… everything. It's as if time froze. I sat their for about an hour, then I came back to reality. The worst part is… I felt the pain on my back after that… I still do." Dr. Gilbert checks Class D's back and there is a wide slash on his back.
Note 1:
After that event, the audio was recorded with a cosset tape. The audio was about 4 hours and 34 minutes long. Everybody's clocks we're 2 minutes short, when everyone had an individual network server, router, and computer. We're not sure what caused this, but one person who was conducting another experiment at the same time, recorded the video and audio and after the experiment on SCP XXXX was done, the footage was at 4 hours and 36 minutes in. We believe that SCP XXXX had to do with this.
Experiment 2:
D-3295, "Okay, what am I to do in here." (D Class is currently in the glass box.) Dr. Gilbert, "Just stare into it's eyes when it approaches you." (SCP XXXX approaches D Class.) D Class, "Okay what am I to-" D Class's eyes widen, and his mouth freezes. D Class starts inching towards the glass, to the point where him and the glass are making physical contact. SCP XXXX slams his head against the glass box which opens up an estimated 4x7x3 hole. SCP XXXX firmly grasps his hand onto D Class's head XXXXXXX Team is 36 meters away from the containment area.) SCP XXXX's hand starts glowing fast, soon it is hard to see what's happening. It becomes so bright, the entire room is lit up, and the observation room is almost completely lit up. In a split 9 milliseconds the light disappears, and D Class is no longer in the containment room, nor is the glass box itself. XXXX Team is ordered to not enter in the containment room. This event was 46 minutes on the recording yet, the time has been 47 minute since the experiment was conducted. D Class has not appeared ever since this incident, but searches have been conducted on him.

Recently SCP XXXX has been banging the wall with his head, putting cracks and holes in the wall.

SCP XXXX Has been getting more aggressive without human interaction. Holes and cracks have been discovered in the wall every 3 hours. One of the security guards looked into it's eyes. Officer XXXXXX took off the goggles and stared into his eyes. The other officer, XXXXXX was on the perimeter and saw light ascending from the back of the containment box. He called XXXXXXX team and they removed officer XXXXXX from the perimeter. His neck was bruised all around, luckily his neck didn't fracture or snap. Officer XXXXXX is now back on duty, but guarding a lower class SCP.
Document of Doctor. XXXXXXXX:
Doctor XXXXXXXX, "So to lay SCP XXXX onto a table, SCP XXXX is believed to be a roman soldier from his appearance. How he affects time? I'm not 100% sure but, it is theorized that in the old days, time use to go faster. If this were the case, then time is slowing down. It's hard to interpret but, essentially, moons gravitational pull, pulls the earth's water towards it, ruining its shape. This detail of the SCP is highly sophisticated and it'd take a while to interpret so you could search it up but, the Earth is slower. Now, the reason why this is relevant is because, when you activate his dimension, you're mentally in it but, you're physically out of it, in our dimension. I believe that time in SCP XXXX's dimension is brought into our reality but, only around him and the facility."
