Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be on watch by several field agents within a mile of its location. Two (2) Field agents level two or higher must be on the same block located in the █████ ██████████ office building on the right of SCP-XXXX. Three (3) undercover MTF Lambda-14 units designated "The One Star Reviewers" must be instated in the different retail stores across from
SCP-XXXX. One (1) MTF Lambda-14 guard along with both field agents of the neighboring office building must have visibility of SCP-XXXX from times of 1100 to 1900 hours.
Due to the location of SCP-XXXX being out in the open without any trees or foliage obscuring the view of it, guards may not be near the property idle or roaming. The property's state of disrepair has given it a name in it's area and any "urban explorers" or scrappers found within SCP-XXXX must be detained for questioning, given Class A amnestics and released in front of the ██████████, Michigan Police Department.
One construct located on the SCP-XXXX property designated SCP-XXXX-1 must be kept in minimal repair and constantly connected to the municipal power grid. The front of SCP-XXXX-1 must be visible and not obscured by trees or any planned building. Attempts to buy the property using a front organization as cover have been futile as the real estate company does not recognize the building as theirs despite a "For Lease" sign on the far lower left corner of the property facing the adjacent highway.
SCP-XXXX-2-A and SCP-XXXX-2-B are allowed entry into SCP-XXXX. Both SCP-XXXX-2-A/B have been cooperative with foundation staff and have offered several "tours" of their respective premises. Foundation staff must be Level 2 or higher to enter SCP-XXXX and must exit before 1900 hours which seems to be the closing time of either premise. Staff not outside of SCP-XXXX before designated closing time will be locked inside the premise by SCP-XXXX-2-A/B without notice and will not be able to exit, upon the morning opening time of the property anyone within SCP-XXXX during it's night period will have been unharmed and have reported nothing out of the ordinary.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a vacant strip mall located in ██████████, Michigan. The property has been named "Kaye Center" by its sign, designated SCP-XXXX-1, in front of the parking lot. SCP-XXXX appears to be abandoned due to the lack of owner and painted plywood over the shopfronts and doors. No owner has claimed the building despite two workers inside of the {not finished}
