Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX refers to both the unconscious skeleton (SCP-XXXX-A) as well as it’s incredibly dangerous second form when it comes into physical contact with a human (SCP-XXXX-B). SCP-XXXX-A is to be kept in a locked, tempered glass case at all times, with the case measuring 1,70x0,50x0,60 meters and being no less than 10 centimeters thick. Since it is unknown whether or not SCP-XXXX-A is able to turn into SCP-XXXX-B without human interaction, it is advised that this case is put under constant video surveillance. Surveillance personnel are requested to inform site containment specialists immediately if SCP-XXXX-A manages to transform into SCP-XXXX-B on it’s own. The camber in which SCP-XXXX-A is kept measures 5x5x5 meters and has built-in flamethrowers in the walls. The chamber is to be sealed with a reinforced, titanium door.

Any staff that wish to enter the chamber and open the case for examination are required to have their skin be completely covered in clothing and are requested to not make skin contact with SCP-XXXX-A under any circumstance. In the event that research personnel accidentally or purposefully make skin contact with SCP-XXXX-A, they are to be immediately incinerated by the flamethrowers. In the case of studying SCP-XXXX-B, D-Class personnel will be sent into the chamber along with any materials that are needed for the experiment at hand. The door will be closed behind the test subject(s) and the experiment will be viewed by camera surveillance. SCP-XXXX-B will be turned back into SCP-XXXX-A via incineration after the course of the experiments have come to pass. After it has been confirmed that SCP-XXXX-B has turned into SCP-XXXX-A, a cleaning and maintenance team will be dispatched to put out fires, place it back in it’s case as well as clean and repair any parts of the chamber deemed damaged.

Description: SCP-XXXX-A is a motionless, dark purple human skeleton measuring 1,66 meters and weighing roughly 120 kg. SCP-XXXX-A has been observed to be composed of roughly 76% obsidian, with the remaining 24% consisting of, as of now, unknown substances. If any part of SCP-XXXX-A’s body comes into contact with a living human’s skin, it will immediately cause said person to become unconscious. SCP-XXXX-A will then proceed to wake up and rip the victim to shreds. After SCP-XXXX-A decides that it’s ”host” has been sufficiently mutilated, it will then start to take the ripped of organs, muscles and skin tissue and apply them to It’s own body. After most of the body parts have been attached to SCP-XXXX -A’s body, It resumes bodily functions of the victims organs, like pumping blood and adrenaline at a massively increased level. It is unknown how SCP-XXXX -A manages to keep these body parts attached to his own skeleton or how it revives these bodily functions. In the possible scenario that the victim is much longer than SCP-XXXX-A, the attached skin and muscles will very visibly dangle off of SCP-XXXX-A’s body. If the victim is shorter, then there will be large parts of SCP-XXXX-A’s body that have been ripped open even further due to the stretching of the skin and muscles. SCP-XXXX-A will henceforth be referred to as SCP-XXXX-B after this transformation and will be referred to as such until it has returned to It’s docile state.

When SCP-XXXX-A has finished transforming into SCP-XXXX-B it will immediately become hyper-aggressive and will attack anyone on sight. It possesses super-human strength, speed and endurance. SCP-XXXX-B has also shown to be a skilled combatant possessing a certain level of intelligence, with It having been seen using furniture, sticks, pipes and various other objects as crude bludgeoning weapons. SCP-XXXX-B has been observed to have a certain fascination for human organs, especially hearts, and will stop to rip out the organs of the humans It has killed and examine them if it does not find itself in the immediate vicinity of other humans. SCP-XXXX -B has also been observed to not feel pain nor fear as it will not slow down if fired upon or if it’s body has sustained major damage. The only effective way to return SCP-XXXX-B back to SCP-XXXX-A is if all of the body parts it has taken from It's victim have either been: removed from it’s body, exhausted to the point of no recovery or completely destroyed. The safest and quickest way to achieve this regression is via incineration. The skeletal system of SCP-XXXX-A appears to be unfathomably dense and seems to survive any amount of pressure exerted on it during tests. Further examination of this skeletal system is a priority.

Origin: SCP-XXXX-A was unearthed in 19██ in ████████,Mexico during an archeological expedition, where it proceeded to kill all the people who were involved and escape the cave where It was found. After going on a killing spree, slaughtering multiple nearby villages, it’s body eventually gave out. It was later found by the Mexican government, who alerted of it’s presence to the Foundation. Reasons as to why, when or who put it there remain rather ambiguous. The most plausible theory is that SCP-XXXX is related to a Pre-Colombian civilization, most likely Aztec, given the location where it was found and it’s apparent fascination for human organs.
