Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5000 is to be contained in a 5-metre x 5-metre Class-III anomalous humanoid containment chamber. The containment chamber containing SCP-5000 is to be routinely monitored for anomalies in Hume activity through the usage of MK.IV Foundation Kant counters. In the event that the Hume level inside or surrounding the containment chamber rise above 100, the Scranton Reality Anchors (SRA) within the chamber are to be remotely activated in order to protect surrounding containment chambers from SCP-5000's anomalous effects. The containment chamber containing SCP-5000 is to be located at the end of hallway 99 in Site-19. Under no circumstance is any SCP containment chambers are to be located within 15 metres of SCP-5000's containment chamber.
Due to the cooperative nature of SCP-5000, the anomaly is permitted to make requests for objects, changes to their containment chamber, food items and any other items that should make SCP-5000's containment as comfortable as possible. Dependant on the nature of these requests, staff are permitted to deny these requests. SCP-5000, as of 06/03/19, has requested for:
- A desk with drawing utensils [Approved]
- A Steinway Grand Piano [Approved]
- A kitchen, as well as being given ingredients daily for her meals [Denied]
Foundation Personnel working with SCP-5000 are to be routinely advised and reminded to take the necessary precautions whilst interacting with SCP-5000. Staff are to be advised to prevent sudden movements, speak quietly and calmly to the anomaly and prevent any random physical contact without verbal consent from SCP-5000. SCP-5000 is routinely by a Foundation psychologist (Typically Dr █████).
Description: SCP-5000 appears to be a young adult female named Julia Anderson, standing at 165cm tall and 55kg in weight. The age of SCP-5000 has been confirmed to be 19 [See Addendum-5000-A]. SCP-5000 claims to be from ████, England and speaks with a British accent. SCP-5000 has displayed a fondness of classical music and has been observed to play the piano fluently on multiple occasions. SCP-5000 has displayed advanced symptoms of anxiety, post-traumatic stress disorder and mild depression.
Whenever SCP-5000 is startled, hurt, scared, surprised or extremely upset, an anomalous event will activate in which multiple anomalous, tentacle-like appendages extend from SCP-5000's body. These tentacles appear gaseous, and typically appear to be a mixture of black, grey and red in hue. These tentacles (Designated SCP-5000-A) are sentient and hostile. SCP-5000-A have displayed an extremely high Hume value, meaning that their activation is likely a result of a form of ontokinetic activity . SCP-5000-A instances appear to emit an extremely concentrated form of radiation, which is capable of deteriorating physical matter. The radiation emitted by SCP-5000-A appears to be an extremely concentrated form of the radiation SCP-5000 has displayed on a regular basis.
Upon activation of SCP-5000-A, instances will begin to prey upon and terminate the source of SCP-5000's distress. SCP-5000-A will instantly begin to retract upon the cessation of the target (Designated SCP-5000-1) and re-enter SCP-5000. SCP-5000 appears to be unconscious during this event. The method of murder that SCP-5000-A is typically impaling, but has also displayed methods such as:
- Repetitive stabbing
- Strangulation
- Disembowelment

Dr █████: Good morning, SCP-5000. How are you doing today?
SCP-5000: I'm okay; it'd be nice if you could call me by my real name.
Dr █████: Of course, and that would be?
SCP-5000: Julia.
Dr █████: That's a nice name, Julia. Would it be okay if I asked you a few questions?
SCP-5000: That's fine, I guess.
Dr █████: Thank you for your cooperation. First of all - Oh, and please don't hesitate to refuse any of these questions - Could you give us some insight into your background? Anything you could recall for us; your family, your birthplace… Anything.
SCP-5000: Oh, yeah, I think so. I was born in [DATA EXPUNGED] hospital… Which is in [DATA EXPUNGED], I think. That's all in England. My parents were normal. Not much to say there.
