Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4068 is to be kept in an AC-Class human living quarter and is allowed to have a windowsill garden consisting of Achillea Millefolium (See Incident-4068-A) it requires 3 meals consisting from the cafeteria, and is allowed (2) books a day. SCP-4068 must be monitered by (1) armed security guard.

REVISION 4068-2: SCP-4068 should not be in contact with any plant at all times, and is only allowed interactions during testing. It requires no food or water, and verbal expression of hunger or thirst is to be ignored. It is to be kept in an AC- Class human living quarter and allowed (2) books a week. Description: SCP-4068 is a humanoid male of Caucasian descent. He is roughly 158 centimeters and weighs about 118 pounds. When SCP-4068 comes into contact with a plant, it boosts his physical ability. There are no limits to this power and he can be neutralized by destruction of his vital areas. When killed, SCP-4068 will then disintegrate at a fast rate and manifest again at the location of his last absorption. This “re-birth” as he calls it, will happen from as short as (5) seconds to (8) days. SCP-4068 was brought into Foundation custody on February ██, 20██ when Site-█ received a notification of an unknown organism trashing through towns. MTF-Sector-8 successfully neutralized SCP-4068 by a shot through the brain via high caliber rifle. SCP-4068 is currently held in Site-█

SCP-4068: Alright, my name is Steven Johnson, I was born on March 5, 19██, and I currently live in ███████, ███████.

Dr. Walsh: Now, do you know why your here?

SCP-4068: No, I was brought here against my will.

Dr. Walsh: We both know that isn’t true, now tell me when you realized you had these powers.

SCP-4068: I actually don’t know, I’ve had these powers as long as I can remember. I’ve used them to my advantage most of the time. Could you let me go?

Dr. Walsh: I’m afraid that’s not possible. From now on, you’ll be referred to as SCP-4068 and you will be housed inside Site-█. But before we go, may I ask how your powers activate?

SCP-4068: I really don’t know, it just happens at random intervals.

Dr. Walsh: Alright, I think that wraps up this interview, any last questions?

SCP-4068: Who are you guys, the government? You can’t control me, I’ll just walk out of this damn place if I feel like it. You can’t stop me.

08:00 SCP-4068 is shown tending to garden

08:10 Camera feeds cut unexpectedly and security personnel are dispatched to fix it.

08:30 Camera feeds come back on as SCP-4068 is killing the last security guard, seen touching a hidden stack of flowers. Breaches containment.

08:45 MTF teams are deployed as SCP-4068 makes its way to the Level-█ Cafeteria.

08:50 SCP-4068 seen touching salad bar, physical appearance now resembles “Hulk.”

09:10 SCP-4068 made it out of Site-█, running towards nearest town, which is ██ miles away due to Site-█ also containing SCP-███.

09:45 SCP-4068 is successfully neutralized with a shot through the heart, disintegrates at rapid pace.

11:56 SCP-4068 re-manifests in Level-█ Cafeteria and resumes to touch salad, becoming “Hulk” again and killing 8 D-Class personnel.

We’ve done some research, and we found out that SCP-4068 gets increased physical strength when touching plants. It re-manifests the at the location of the last plant it has absorbed. I’m sorry, I should have pressed harder on how he got his powers and we shouldn’t have let him get that windowsill garden. Request to change Special Containment Procedures.
