Special containment procedures: SCP-3614 must be contained in a 21M square cell made of concrete laced with 3 Inch thick steel bars forming a "cage" within the concrete to prevent heavy attacks to the wall successfully pulverising the concrete away.
The cell should be cleaned on a regular basis every day by D-class personal with a maximum of 2 persons at a time. Personal are required to clean the cell under 15 minutes and without touching or provoking SCP-3614. If SCP-3614 is however provoked, all personal in the cell must leave immediately while 5 M.T.F soldiers are to neutralise SCP-3614 with controlled tranquillising.
SCP-3614 must and should be watched at all times via CCTV due to the risk that SCP-3614 has tried to, and successfully escaped his cell, proceeding to attack any other SCP available. Personal are required to watch SCP-3614 for 1 hour and 30 minutes before switching roles with another person. This must be repeated 24/7.
SCP-3614's cell is lit with medium lighting, and the cell is set at room temperature with no windows. To enter this cell you must enter via a piston activated carbon door. Although the likelihood of SCP-3614 escaping it's cell is low guards and viewers should always be on guard as it has happened before and could happen again if not maintained professionally.
SCP-3614 happens to be Omnivorous and should be fed on a daily basis large amounts of steak and high fibre plants. If left un-fed for large amounts of time SCP-3614 with turn to a wall and yell extremely loudly at it until fed. SCP-3614 doesn't even seem to stop to take breathes in between. These yells have been recorded and do indeed come from its larynx. SCP-3614's yell can reach reach decibels even higher than a concord engine.
Description: SCP-3614 resembles a prehistoric theropod with 4 digits on each limb, tough ostioderm like scales cover the top half and front of its body, it has a long tale with a cluster of ostioderms at the tip functioning as a "mace". It's colour varies through out its body but most easily described like this.
SCP-3614's ostioderms are dark grey, dark brown and dark green while its underbelly is dark-greyish-blue. These colours change in lighting and the angle of the viewer, like a beetle shell.
SCP-3614's most noticeable features are its arms, reaching 1.3M in length with claws tipped on each digit. These claws vary in length depending on the digit. It's jaws are also abnormal compared to the rest of its body. Instead of having the traditional skull and bottom jaw design SCP-3614's skull will [REDACTED] until completely [REDACTED] which will form a set of 3 jaws in one.
When roaming it's cell, it usually walks in a quadruped stance standing at 2.5M tall. This is normal behaviour, and if any different it should be reported to a higher class immediately.
When in contact with another SCP, it will switch to a biped stance reaching a height of 3.7M tall towering over the average person. If SCP-3614 switches to its bipedal stance randomly in it's cell without warning, this also should reported immediately.
What makes SCP-3614 so dangerous to the SCP foundation is surprising. No, it's not the cliche "that it kills people", or "that it can destroy the earth", it's that it will attack any living or sentient SCP on sight. If allowed, it would kill everything we have in this facility and other facilities.
Addendum: Under permission of Dr.[REDACTED], 05-[REDACTED], and P.[REDACTED] SCP-3614 can be used to neutralise and contain extremely hostile Keter class SCPs along with 6 or more M.T.F soldiers if they have breached their cell.
SCP-3614 will proceed to attack the escaped SCP named at this point of time SCP-3614-2 until it submits, how ever if the M.T.F don't break up this collision in time SCP-3614 will proceed further to attack SCP-3614-2 until it has been killed. These brawls are titled SCP-3614-1, but most commonly called by D-class personal "turf collisions".
When SCP-3614-1 has been broken up, and SCP-3614 has been tranquillised M.T.F soldiers will then re-contain SCP-3614-2 in a enhanced cell to prevent further breaches.
This tactic to use SCP-3614 to re-contain a breached SCP must be used as a last resort at all costs. SCP-3614 has been known to kill SCPs if this tactic is not executed correctly. Use only in the most dire of situations.
SCP evacuation permissions:
SCP-3614 has a reputation for escaping it's cell when unsupervised. If SCP-3614 does escape, all personal must evacuate all SCPs corresponding with their class.
Safe class SCPs are to be evacuated to a temporary relocation.
Euclid class SCPs are to be evacuated or put into lock down depending on their danger levels.
Keter class SCPs are to be put under heavy lockdown and must never come into contact with SCP-3614 unless someone with the highest class says so.
Thaumiel class SCPs are to be evacuated to a temporary relocation.
Although SCP-3614 is extremely hostile to other SCPs it shows no interest in people what so ever. If provoked, SCP-3614 will be docile in even the most extreme situations, like being shot at by high power artillery.
SCP-3614's pure hate for SCPs is yet to be explained, but for now all containment procedures must be followed to prevent any further damage to the facility and its contents.
