Item #: SCP-4260
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: All samples of SCP-4260 are to be in airtight containers that are locked in an airtight vault requiring level 4 security clearance to enter. Should an individual be exposed to SCP-4260 they are to be immediately quarantined and under no circumstance will they be allowed to interact with any personnel not wearing the appropriate protective gear.
Description: SCP-4260 is a completely invisible, airborne, highly contagious virus that slowly causes small holes to spread over the host's body. Within one day of exposure, 5% of the host's body will be covered with small holes. After 2 days of being infected with SCP-4260, 20% of the infected host will be covered with small holes. SCP-4260 speeds up it's spread over it's host's body exponentially with each day, and after 5 days, the host's body will be entirely covered with small holes.

After 5 days SCP-4260 begins to affect it's subject's internal organs, slowly spreading throughout organs, causing organs to fail and be punctured. Within 2 days the host's stomach will be affected by the holes, and in some situations, completely puncture the stomach, causing stomach acid to pour into the host's body and kill them.
If the host's stomach is not punctured, the holes spread throughout to more vital organs, and may puncture the lungs, causing inability to breath and quick death within the host. The heart will eventually be affected with these holes and will cause the heart to fail and eventually completely stop, killing the host. If the heart is surgically replaced with a pacemaker in an attempt to save the host, the virus will continue spreading to the brain, quickly killing the host.
