Description: SCP-XXXX is a rock with an emoticon imprinted onto it. This emoticon changes every 3 minutes to 73 hours. In 80% of cases, this emoticon is ‘( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)’. In the other 20% of cases, the emoticon is random with seemingly no set pattern.
As soon as SCP-XXXX has chosen an emoticon, a random event will happen in the world. Again, with seemingly no set pattern. Every 5 times this happens, SCP-XXXX will breach containment in a random way instead of the random event happening. There is no know way to stop this.
