Special Containment Procedures: Due to SCP-XXXX not being able to moved, it can be contained anywhere. SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a position of which it can’t move apart from during testing.1 Inside of SCP-XXXX’s containment cell, the temperature is to be kept under 20°C (68°F).
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid statue, constructed entirely of iron. SCP-XXXX is always usually in a pose with it’s arms behind it’s back, as if handcuffed, while it’s head is looking down. SCP-XXXX’s movements were also very stiff and clunky.
SCP-XXXX possesses normal properties, in terms of appearance, to a human with the exception of no ears or hair.
SCP-XXXX emits a strong light around it at around 500 lux. Observers of SCP-XXXX will pace around as if scared. However, when asked, the subject will claim not to be scared.
On 11/12/2009, SCP-XXXX began to become animate and showed extreme signs of hostility. On the same date, 13 members of MTF-Zeta-2 were found dead at Site-██, presumably due to SCP-XXXX. On 11/12/2019, SCP-XXXX remained animate but lost it’s hostile nature and stopped being in it’s usual ‘handcuffed’ pose. Instead, SCP-XXXX gained swifter movement. After this, SCP-XXXX also gained the ability to talk.
