Item #: SCP-4132
Object Class: Euclid
Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4123 is to be kept inside a well-lit, standard 5 x 5 x 5 meter steel cell equipped with blast doors and at least 3 (three) floodlights capable of working for up to 48 (forty eight) hours without an external power supply, in case of a power shortage. Every light source in SCP-4123's cell, including said floodlights, is to be equipped with an RGB LED lightbulb, which are to be inspected daily for any possible malfunctions. Due to the nature of SCP-4123's containment, security guards are not required to constantly observe it's behavior, but it is advised to check the live camera feed at least once every 15 minutes for any noticeable changes regarding either the lightning or the SCP itself. No interaction with SCP-4123 is allowed unless it is illuminated by magenta or blue light. Experiments regarding the SCP's reaction to any previously untested colors can be conducted by any science personnel of Clearance Level 3 or higher. See Addendum 4132-1.
Description: SCP-4132 is a large, canine-like creature resembling a wolf, albeit lacking any fur and showing minor signs of decomposition. It features claws but no teeth, although reports confirm that it is, in fact, capable of biting it's prey, with force comparable to that of an alligator's bite. Various cuts and bruises seem to appear randomly on SCP-4132's body, even in places it seemingly can't reach with it's claws. Their source or cause currently unknown, as the SCP has no means of harming itself in an empty cell.
The most surprising trait of SCP-4132 is it's drastic behavioral changes, based on the color of the light it's illuminated by at given moment. As of 08-09-20██, over [DATA EXPUNGED] have been tested, each yielding different results. Some of the most interesting results include:
Yellow - The SCP becomes incapable of moving, as if frozen. However, it's body temperature drastically grows and quickly passes 40 degrees celsius, thus future experiments regarding yellow light are not to be conducted for the SCP's safety.
White - SCP-4123 becomes extremely hostile and will try to violently kill every living being in it's range, including humans and even small insects.
Note: "Violently kill" is an understatement. I saw this thing rip some poor Class D to shreds in less than fifteen seconds. Fifteen.
Blue - When illuminated by this light, the SCP becomes very frightened-like, and tends to cower in fear in a corner of it's cell. In this state it shows no interest in humans or any other living beings, even when they are placed in SCP-4123's direct line of sight. Due to the SCP's behavior in this sate, it is advised to set all lights in it's cell to Blue, as the effects seem to be the least dramatic.
Green - SCP-4123 quickly starts to harm itself by ripping away pieces of it's own flesh around the head and neck, using it's claws. It is unknown if there is a reason behind choosing specifically this area of it's body, or if it's just the limit of it's canine build.
Teel - The SCP becomes practically invisible. It seems aware of it, as in this state it will try to silently kill whoever is in the cell with it, compared to rather dramatic acts of brutality it shows in different lights.
[DATA EXPUNGED] - Under no circumstances should the SCP be illuminated by light of this color. In this state, the SPC gains incredible strength, as it's able to easily chew through it's cell blast doors, and was observed to dig through concrete walls during it's containment breach.
Magenta - SCP-4132 becomes seemingly sentient, and capable of human speech. It seems unaware of it's canine appearance and is distressed about being held in a steel cell. It's also been reported that prolonged exposure to Magenta light causes the SCP to become more and more nervous, which can lead to random acts of aggression directed towards the foundation staff.
Interviewed: SCP-4123, after having been illuminated by Magenta colored light for the first time.
Interviewer: Dr. Everett
<Begin Log #1>
4123: [Sudden gasp] What the fuck? What is going on?
Dr. Everett: [inaudible] …right now! It's talking right now! Who are you? Do you know where you are?
4123: Who am I? Who the fuck are you?! I've no idea what where I am, is this a cell? Am I in prison?
Dr. Everett: You are not in prison, it's a containment cell. You're here for your own safety. Who are you?
4123: MY safety?! Now why the fuck am I so dangerous? Let me out of here!
Dr. Everett: You've killed at least [DATA EXPUNGED] people, believe me when I say that you NEED to stay in your cell. Now answer my question.
4123: What?! I did not kill anyone, you are full of shit! I'm fuckin' innocent, let me out of this place! And why is the light fuckin' pink, it's driving me nuts!
<End Log #1, further interrogation yielded no results.>
Interviewed: SCP-4123, after having been illuminated by Magenta colored light for the second time.
Interviewer: Dr. ██████
<Begin Log #1>
4123: Gah, stop doing that! It scares the shit out of me!
Dr. ██████: Doing what?
4123: Turnin' this pink light on, makes me wanna puke. Can I finally get some answers?
Dr. ██████: We want to ask you some questions first, then you're free to ask us whatever you want. Is that clear?
4123: Yeah, I mean, if that helps me leave this fuckin' cell!
Dr. ██████: Alright. Firstly, who are you?
4123: I… [about 15 seconds of silence] …I have no idea. Jesus Almighty, I remember nothing.
Dr. ██████: Noted… Now, are you aware of your… traits?
4123: My what? The way I see it I'm pretty fuckin' normal, so no my dear sir, I am not aware of nothin'.
** Dr. ██████:** Normal? Are you aware of your canine appearance?
4123: The fuck? Are you people fuckin' delusional?! NOW you're telling me I'm a fuckin' dog? Is this a mental asylum of some sorts, maybe I really have gone nuts! I'm as human as you are, pal, so please stop tryin' to brainwash me! AND TURN THIS FUCKIN' LIGHT OFF!<End Log #1, SCP-4123 wouldn't stop complaining about the light, thus the interrogation had to come to an end.>
