Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-XXXX is to be securely contained in two airtight containers of 3x3x3 metres each, connected by an airtight door between them. SCP-XXXX is to be monitored at all times by no less than 2 security cameras at any given time. Entrance into either containment chamber is only granted to on-site engineers for camera repair and airlock inspection on a daily basis for each room. For maintenance to take place, SCP-XXXX must be securely sealed in the other chamber, and all maintenance staff should equip themselves with hearing protection at their own discretion. In the event that the integrity of an entranceway is beginning to wear, it must be immediately repaired or replaced before SCP-XXXX is moved back into the respective room.

In the event of a containment breach, under no circumstances are any personnel to look directly at SCP-XXXX unless through a camera or otherwise.

Description:
SCP-XXXX is a rusted iron mannequin that stands at approximately 2.4 metres high. Its entire face is covered by a gaping human mouth with two glowing red lights inside, presumed to be its eyes. Its right arm resembles a huge 1 metre long skewer from the elbow downwards and does not appear to be susceptible to any form of bending, melting, or breaking. As SCP-XXXX walks around, it scrapes this skewer along any nearby surface, creating a shrill metallic noise regardless of the surface it scrapes on. This noise causes nervous ticks akin to severe tourettes in humans without adequate hearing protection.

SCP-XXXX seems to have an innate sense of whoever is directly looking at it, and is able to pinpoint their exact location despite lacking any form of apparent sensory capability. While being watched, SCP-XXXX will slowly turn towards the onlooker and attempt to make eye contact via its glowing red eyes. Should their two gazes meet for even a split second, SCP-XXXX will rush towards the onlooker at speeds recorded to be up to 110km/h. SCP-XXXX will then proceed to impale its target through their torso with its right arm.

After impaling the victim with its right arm, SCP-XXXX proceeds to use its left hand to remove the target’s eyes. The corpse of the victim is then placed back on the ground and SCP-XXXX resumes normal behaviour until another human looks at it.

Despite being made entirely of rusted iron, SCP-XXXX is able to change into a goop-like liquid state without increasing its temperature. It has not been observed to do this unless it is chasing after a target. If SCP-XXXX encounters an obstruction between it and the victim, it will “liquify” itself to slip around or through it.

Annendum:

The autopsies of multiple victims of SCP-XXXX showed greatly accelerated corpse decay, being reduced to a skeleton in approximately two (2) days on average. These skeletons are always composed of iron, and begin to gradually rust over the following 2-3 days regardless of conditions. After this period, the skeletons will reanimate themselves. They shamble around without any discernible motive, scraping their fingers along any walls in their vicinity and producing the same noise and effects as SCP-XXXX. Collectively, these skeletons are referred to as SCP-XXXX-1, and require no special containment procedures outside of a standard 3x3x3 cell with soundproofed walls. SCP-XXXX-1 specimens have been confirmed as non-hostile, so maintenance on damaged walls and routine inspections can be performed with minimal risk if provided adequate hearing protection.

11/11/2002:
All specimens of SCP-XXXX-1 are to be contained separately in 2x2x2 metre titanium cubes, each limb chained to a corner of the chamber, and elevated off the ground. If metallic scraping is heard from within any chamber containing SCP-XXXX-1, the specimen is to be chained back up with a new chain with heavily armoured guards to restrain SCP-XXXX-1 throughout the process.

SCP-XXXX-1 will remain “dormant” for approximately a week after reanimation, where it aimlessly wanders and scrapes its fingers against the walls. After this period of time, SCP-XXXX-1 becomes extremely hostile, and will attempt to ██████ the nearest person’s ████████ by forcibly ████████ ████ █████ ████ and ███████ ██ ███████ █████ █████. After this, SCP-XXXX-1 will █████ ██████ ████ ███ ████████ ████, replacing the victim’s ██████ ████████.
SCP-XXXX-01, along with the victim’s corpse, will fall down dead again. The corpse of the victim experiences the same rapid decay as SCP-XXXX-1’s original corpse, and both skeletons begin to gradually change into rusted iron, creating two more instances of SCP-XXXX-01
