Site-133 surrounded by a thick layer of cloud produced by SCP-5000.

Special Containment Procedures: Site-133 has been constructed below SCP-5000's at the peak of Table Mountain located in Cape Town, South Africa. Due to the anomalous properties of SCP-5000's weather-altering capabilities, Site-133 will not be visible when viewed from areas unaffected by it. An elevator leading to Site-133 is located in the Cecilia section of Table Mountain National Park and is disguised as a disused floral conservation site. Currently, there are no other foundation-built entrances leading to Site-133. All individuals attempting to trespass Site-133 by walking through Table Mountain, accidentally or otherwise are to be detained and administered Class-A amnesiacs. A no fly zone is to be enforced surrounding Site-133 under the guise of preventing aircraft to be flown around recreational area.

SCP-5000 is capable of altering reality at a global scale and significantly affect historical events. It is likely that no individuals outside of Site-133 will be aware that they are affected by SCP-5000's memory altering properties. To combat this, four Scranton Reality Anchors have been placed in a rectangular formation inside Site-133 to preserve memories regarding objects sent inside SCP-5000's. Any incident regarding objects emerging out of SCP-5000 is to be followed with Procedure 133-Mandela along with the appropriate media coverage regarding said object's apparent non-existence.

Description: SCP-5000 is speculated to be a suspended 50 x 50 x 50 rectangular space currently located 84 meters above a region of Table Mountain, located in Cape Town, South Africa. SCP-5000 is covered in a thick layer of mist surrounding all its surfaces, rendering the interior of SCP-5000 impossible to see from the outside.

Individuals viewing SCP-5000 from a distance of 50 meters or further will see nothing anomalous in nature. Upon crossing the threshold of 50 meters, the weather in the area surrounding Table Mountain will become cloudy accompanied by violent gusts of wind and occasionally rainfall, with the weather becoming more and more hazardous as individuals get closer to SCP-5000. Around a certain point (the exact numbers are nebulous), the weather will stabilize and individuals will be able to view Site-133 along with SCP-5000's containment area with relative clarity.

SCP-5000 anomalous effects activate when an object penetrates its mist layer and disappears inside of it. The object placed will cease to exist and all evidence of said object's existence, physical or otherwise alongside memories of said object from all humans across the globe will disappear from the current reality. As a result, it will appear as if the object placed inside of SCP-5000 has never existed or was never created.
