Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5814 is to be kept in a standard containment chamber measuring 1.5m × 1.5m × 1.5m. Personell are only to enter SCP-5814's containment chamber for testing, unless authorized by a staff member of Level 3 or higher security clearance.
Description: SCP-5814 is a "Card Destruction" card from the Japanese trading card game "Yu-Gi-Oh!". When SCP-5814 is used as intended and it's in-game effect resolves, the opponent's dominant hand begins to vaporize quickly, causing immense pain. When the vaporization completes, the victim is left with a cauterized stump.
Testing has revealed that the effect of SCP-5814 only happens once per person, unless the victim is ambidextrous, in which case the right hand is always removed first. Further inspection has revealed that where the illustrator's name should be, is instead the characters "YBHGKIBL". Alongside this, the name is written as "Hand Obliteration" instead of the normal name.
Discovery: SCP-5814 was discovered in a trading card shop when a card collector noticed SCP-5814. Upon purchase and use, it's effect became apparent. Mobile Task Force Pi-7("Card Collectors") was dispatched to the incident location to retrieve the catd, and Class A amnestics were promptly administered.
