Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5091 is to be contained within a secure humanoid containment cell in site-██. The cell should be soundproofed and have no windows or other direct lines of sight to the outside world, as too much light and loud noises have been observed to irritate the SCP. The room is to be furnished with a table and two chairs, aside from this, only dim lights and one surveillance camera should be present.
SCP-5091 is to only be fed once a day at precisely 3:00 PM on top of this as per it's insistence a single member of the Class-D personnel is to accompany SCP-5091 for dinner and share the meal. However it is of paramount importance that they arrive precisely on time as SCP-5091 gets incredibly aggressive if they get there to late or early, in many instances killing the Class-D personnel assigned to it for that day.
While usually complaint, SCP-5091 has been known to exhibit sudden and volatile changes in it's personality, these are to be met with heightened force. Guards are only to enter SCP-5091's cell in circumstances of absolute necessity, when they do no fewer than 3 are to enter the cell and the door is to be locked shut behind them.
During transport SCP-5091 must be put in a heavy transportation unit with no fewer than two guards watching over it, in addition to this it is imperative that these guards do no make physical contact with the SCP as it reacts to all physical contact with other beings with explosive aggression.
Description: SCP-5091 was moved to site-██ in 19██ and their origin as of 2020 is still a mystery. SCP-5091 is a vaguely humanoid figure, it is exactly 2 meters tall and, by human standards, appears incredibly stout.
It's clothing is completely black and appears to be some kind of robe that cover the entire body leaving only the face showing. SCP-5091's face is pale-white and much larger than a humans head, furthermore the features of it's face are wildly out of proportion, with two huge black eye-balls and a tiny nose and mouth.
SCP-5091 appears to not be made of flesh, instead taking the appearance of a shiny plastic-like substance. we have not yet identified the material as any and all attempts to make physical contact with SCP-5091 resulted in a violent reaction. On top of this none of the sedatives in the foundations arsenal appear to hold any effects on the SCP.
Any break to the strict regime outlined in the containment procedures exhibits an extremely violent response from SCP-5091 and these violent out bursts have resulted in the deaths of several Class-D personnel. From surveillance footage of these events it has been shown that SCP uses its sheer size and strength to kill, with it's proffered method being to crush the skull outright.
SCP-5091 appears to speak fluent English however it speaks in a dialect traced back to medieval London, it is unknown how and why it speaks in this form of English.
SCP-5091, Research log:001 (transcript of video footage)
Subject: D-22325; Male, 21, History of violent crime.
Supervising researcher: Dr. B██████
Location: secure humanoid containment cell 11 (researcher and staff observing from outside the cell through a body camera placed on subject), Site-██
Subject is ordered to bring a meal to SCP-5091 three hours early. Subject initially refuses, however agrees after persuasion from guards. After entering the cell we order the subject to sit, he does so. It is notable that the SCP is standing in a corner facing the wall, however, due to the lack of surveillance we cannot deduce as to whether or not this is normal behavior. After five minutes of silence we order the subject to eat, throughout the meal the SCP exhibits signs of growing frustration. At this point the subject begins to whisper inaudibly and soon after begins to weep quietly. <Note-001: Subjects records contain no history of any psychological damage or illness.> The subject is ordered to stop eating, at this instant SCP-5091 turns and sprints towards the subject after which his video and audio cut out. Guards attempting to open the door to help where ordered to stand down.
<Note-002: After the test concluded no attempts where made to retrieve the subject until SCP-5091's usual meal time, during which guards where cleared to enter and retrieve the mangled corpse. After this incident a surveillance camera was placed in the cell.
