Harbinger of Sleep

SCP XXXX was discovered in ███████████████████████ in 1982 by Dr. Keen. He seemed to have stumbled upon it after his car drove off the road and into a nearby forest. It's body was stuck in solid rock, lying dormant. After finding it's dormant body, the doctor called local police, who outsourced the task to the ████████ government. The creature was transported to the SCP foundation in ████ when the rock it resided in started to crack.
Description
When the creature stepped out of the rock, all living entities within a 2 kilometer radius suddenly lost consciousness. Unfortunately, this effect is still present at the time of writing this. After careful camera placement covering every inch of the cell, the creature was able to be observed. It seemed to be a 12 foot tall malnourished humanoid bipedal with gray skin. It's nose, or the absence there of, seems to resemble that of a human skull. Two horns are stated to be protruding out of it's skull and it seems to have no eye sockets where it's eyes should be. It needs to be kept in a 3.7 by 3.7 meter room, at least according to it, which has kept it "happy" for now. The walls it stays in can't be pure metal, due to it being able to letting the "fatigue effect" or at least that's what it has called it, get through. The walls of it's container have to be made out of any kind of metal alloy, which allows it to be contained easier. Through extensive testing, it has been found that it's fatigue effect doesn't affect anyone with sleep affecting disorders such as insomnia, paranoia, or PTSD. It doesn't seem to have a need for sleep, nor food or water. There have been interviews with SCP XXXX, which have been listed below.

Date Taken Interviewer Interview Summary by Interviewer
June, 3, ████ Dr. Canan Falmer It seemed like a normal interview, the usual things. It want to leave but I told it that it can't. Then it lunged towards the tempered glass, shrieking. Suddenly it reclined and strangely apologized for it's behavior. The interview proceeded with no issues afterward.
June 10, ████ Dr. Canan Falmer I feel a tiredness whenever I talk to it, and it started to ask me strange questions such as what my greatest fear was, and the dreams I was having lately. Afterwards, a researcher reported that I should get a brain scan. I'm still waiting for the results.
