Special Containment Procedure: SCP- XXXX is to be kept in a high monitored cell in Site B with routine guards. The Item should never leave the cell under any circumstances. The Item does not need oxygen, food, water, or sunlight. A reclining chair and desk lamp is kept in the cell for testing purposes only. D-Class personnel are prohibited from further testing SCP- XXXX.
Description: SCP- XXXX looks like a rolled up Newspaper held by a green rubber band. The rubber band can not be taken off of the newspaper until the item is surrounded by a dim light and the persons attempting to read the contents of SCP- XXXX is in a comfortable chair. The contents of the paper appear to be recordings of recent incidents with an occasional hot take. The events that are documented within the item appear to take place anywhere within the universe. Sections of the newspaper also include advertisements and coupons for businesses that include distant civilizations. The end of the newspaper always contains a short comic. All documents listed in the newspaper are in the language of the reader. Placing down the newspaper without rolling it back up will not refresh the contents.

6/8/2020: News about the recent presidential election. Comic containing a American Filipino illustrator by the name of Harrison Carter.
6/12/2020: News about a fatal spaceship crash killing all pilots, hot take protesting against further colonization in the [REDACTED] system. Comic about a large purple figure devouring a planet of sock puppet looking creatures, the only dialogue comes from the purple figure who says, "Nice." The comic featured is the 131st in the series.
6/15/2020: Coupon for ointment that helps with tail pain. "Name in the Stars" Charity atomizes dying children and turns their nitrogen into artificial stars.
6/30/2020: News from a testing that happened inside Site B, biased take protesting the "misconduct" of D-Class.
