Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept within a standard humanoid containment cell located at Site-88. The cell is to have reinforced windows, and the interior of the cell must be equipped with standard kitchen appliances and dining utensils. SCP-XXXX must be provided a daily supply of ingredients1 for recipes that it may prepare for itself.
Medical personnel is to be available to reattach any appendages belonging to SCP-XXXX in the event it's limbs become detached from its body and should follow reassembly procedures for the specified appendage(s) at the appropriate location where it had been previously attached.
The remaining unconsumed SCP-XXXX-1 instances are to be kept for testing purposes only and are to be stored within a standard object containment storage adjacent to SCP-XXXX's containment cell. Personnel is to refrain from consuming any SCP-XXXX-1 instances at all times.
In the event of a containment breach, personnel is to discard any SCP-XXXX-1 instances produced by SCP-XXXX. Armed re-containment personnel is to return SCP-XXXX to its containment cell. If met with refusal, personnel are permitted to forcibly return SCP-XXXX to containment.
SCP-XXXX-2 instances are to be kept within ordinary containment cells for testing purposes. SCP-XXXX-2 instances are not to be fed SCP-XXXX-1 instances and are to receive necessary nourishment through IV as a substitute.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a red and silver-haired female humanoid entity resembling a zombie roughly 1.62m in height. Its flesh is patch-worked with multiple skin pigments, and it exhibits heterochromia2 with the right eye possessing red coloration and the left eye possessing amber.
SCP-XXXX is dressed in a dark-colored torn school girl's uniform with a mildly torn skirt of similar coloration, as well as an apron that is tan in coloration.
SCP-XXXX's limbs have been noted to be attached to the body via loops of nylon thread. Foundation researchers speculate that SCP-XXXX may have performed its limb re-attachments prior to being placed in containment. The limbs and other body parts of SCP-XXXX tend to detach from the host's body when engaging in vigorous activities such as running for long periods or attempting to breach containment. SCP-XXXX's limbs can be easily re-attached using nylon thread.
SCP-XXXX-1 is a sub designation given to food items produced by SCP-XXXX. All instances have been visually described as common food items such as soups, hot dogs, and burgers among other popular food items. Each food item possesses a similar odor and taste to that of the original food. Upon closer examination, it was determined that all instances had been produced using the normal recipe for the specified food item with other inedible materials3 implemented into the recipe.
The diet of SCP-XXXX consists entirely of SCP-XXXX-1 instances, although it has been noted that it is safe for SCP-XXXX to consume non-anomalous foods. SCP-XXXX, when given its daily ingredients, will be seen to accept all ingredients excluding any types of fruit and cabbage.
Once an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 has been consumed by a subject, henceforth referred to as SCP-XXXX-2, the subject in question will have immediately formed a dependency on consuming SCP-XXXX-1 instances and will refuse to eat any normal foods. These SCP-XXXX-1 instances have been observed to cause abnormal effects towards all SCP-XXXX-2 instances. Those effects include:
Testing has shown that none of the previously listed effects have been fatal towards SCP-XXXX-2 instances but instead cause severe discomfort each time an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 is consumed.
Discovery
On October 23rd, 20██, a total of 48 civilians had been hospitalized due to an unknown type of food poisoning originating from what seemed like an ordinary food truck in downtown Wichita, Kansas. All victims had been seen returning to the source of the food poisoning outbreak. The food truck was identified to be a zombie-based food truck owned by a young woman who appeared to be dressed as a zombie. Multiple food items were named after body parts and organs such as fingers and brains. The Foundation shut down the food truck for a “health code violation” and had taken SCP-XXXX-1 and SCP-XXXX-2 instances into custody. The Foundation initially assumed the food itself was the anomaly, but investigations revealed that the owner herself was not dressed as a zombie. SCP-XXXX and several instances of SCP-XXXX-2 were taken into Foundation custody afterward. The truck in which SCP-XXXX had been residing had been deemed non-anomalous according to some tests. All instances of SCP-XXXX-1 found in the truck have been recovered and properly contained. All civilians involved were administered amnestics.

Addendums
Addendum XXXX-01
Despite SCP-XXXX knowing its limbs can easily detach, it has attempted to shatter the reinforced windows on multiple occasions, although SCP-XXXX was only able to breach containment once.
Addendum XXXX-02
Recent observations of SCP-XXXX has shown that its attempts to breach containment have minimized over time, though it will remain classed as Euclid since it still holds a degree of uncertainty while in containment.
Addendum XXXX-03
On █/█/20██ around 4:42 AM, a site-wide malfunction, assumed to be caused by the Chaos Insurgency, caused the containment breaches of several SCP objects including SCP-XXXX. 1 hour after MTF unit Epsilon-11 arrived at the scene, SCP-XXXX was found lying on its bed in its containment cell with the door wide open and it missing its left arm, which was found on the bed beside SCP-XXXX.Surveillance footage from during the breach showed that SCP-XXXX had left containment as well, but 36 minutes afterward was seen returning to its cell. several cameras throughout the facility had captured SCP-XXXX roaming the facility, assuming it was trying to find an exit, although a surveillance camera recording the containment cell of SCP-XXXX-2 instances showed SCP-XXXX entering 24 minutes after the breach occurred.

[BEGIN LOG]
5:07 AM: SCP-XXXX enters the containment area for SCP-XXXX-2 instances, it approaches cell #2 and it seemed to recognize the instance placing a hand on the glass of the cell. It roamed the entirety of the containment area looking at all SCP-XXXX-2 instances.
5:09 AM: An SCP-XXXX-2 instance began to vomit into a bucket it had been provided as SCP-XXXX looked away in disgust. SCP-XXXX opens the cell using a level 3 key card that had been left unattended on the desk. The SCP-XXXX-2 exits but then collapses on the floor due to fatigue.
5:10 AM: SCP-XXXX leaves the room.
5:11 AM: SCP-XXXX returns with an instance of SCP-XXXX-1 and hands it to the collapsed SCP-XXXX-2 instance and they, without hesitation consumed the food item. SCP-XXXX begins to rub the instance on the back hoping it would feel better.
5:12 AM: The SCP-XXXX-2 vomits again onto the floor as SCP-XXXX backs away in shock and disgust. SCP-XXXX remains that way for several seconds as SCP-XXXX-2 uncomfortably holds its head and lying on the ground.
5:13 AM: SCP-XXXX begins to move the SCP-XXXX-2 instance back into the cell and the instance manages to sit up onto a chair within the cell. Before closing the cell, SCP-XXXX gives the instance a hug, assumed to be an apology.
5:14 AM: Closing the cell, it is clear in SCP-XXXX's face that a state of remorse has overcome it as they begin to roam past the several SCP-XXXX-2 instances within the cells.
5:17 AM: SCP-XXXX stops and begins to rub its eyes as it begins to shed tears over what it has done. SCP-XXXX hits one of the cell doors with its fist causing the entire arm to fall off. Grabbing the detached arm, SCP-XXXX leaves the room.
[END LOG]
Note: By the next day, SCP-XXXX seemed to feel slightly better and had apologized to staff for the way it had behaved while in containment. SCP-XXXX retains its Euclid classification for safety measures.
