Special Containment Procedures: SCP-4703 is to be kept inside of a granite cell approximately 6 x 6 x 7 meters in length width and height. SCP-4703 may have any furnishings or decorations it wants within its cell, so long as it cannot be used in an escape attempt. Electronic devices are not allowed within a 100 centimeter radius around SCP-4703. SCP-4703 is to be kept inside of its cell and guarded by two level 2 personnel. SCP-4703 may initiate conversation with personnel within a one meter radius of SCP-4703, if the personnel does not respond SCP-4703 will become violent and start to tear any fabric material within its reach. In a case of this occurring, simply conversing with SCP-4703 has proven to calm it down.

Description: SCP-4703 is a humanoid figure, appearing to be approximately 1.42 meters in height and weighing 70 kilograms. Any attempts at making physical contact with SCP-4703 results in the subject's hand passing directly through SCP-4703. SCP-4703 does not seem to become distressed while this happens, and proceeds to act normally during and after contact. SCP-4703 has shown capability of passing through almost any material at its own command, if SCP-4703 wishes to make contact with the material, it will make contact, otherwise any object SCP-4703 touches will not collide with its body. Although SCP-4703 can make contact with materials and abiotic matter, it cannot, under any circumstance, pass through biological life. SCP-4703 will occasionally [DATA EXPUNGED] when this occurs, [DATA EXPUNGED]. SCP-4703 will attempt to enter any LED display it can find, succeeding approximately 97% of the time, if SCP-4703 succeeds in entering the LED display it will be given access to any device connected to the same network as the device with the LED display. If SCP-4703 wishes to connect to a new device, it will appear on the LED display for a split second, then SCP-4703 will either be able to completely control the device or exit the device through one of the ports. (If all ports are sealed SCP-4703 will morph through the sealant.) Usually after exposure to life forms upon exiting a port, SCP-4703 becomes extremely violent, often observed as tearing or ripping at appendages on any creature that stands before it, most of the time separating limbs from the subject until they die.

Dr. Viktor: 4703, what do you feel when you enter an LED display, and when did you realize you were able to do this?
4703: I have no idea what you're talking about, ask me a real question, like what my favorite food is, or what's my favorite TV show?
Dr. Viktor: Please be serious during the interview 4703. If you have no information to give us we will return you to your cell and get nothing out of this.
4703: I'll tell you something, I can get out of here whenever I want to, I just like it here. In fact, I kind of like you Viktor ██████.

Closing Statement: SCP-4703 became aggressive but didn't unleash any attacks on personnel. It was taken back to its cell and placed inside with no trouble. It is important to note SCP-4703 had no access to any data file revealing Dr. Viktor ██████'s real name and no research so far has lead to how SCP-4703 gained this information.
