Description:
SCP 5067 is a stick at 1 meter in hight with a tar like substance at one end. Tests have came back to show that the wood is rowan but have yet to identify the tar. The tar SCP 5067-1 can be spread onto other objects but will disintegrate the area of what the tar has touched excluding rowan wood which will become a copy of 5067 marked as 5067-1. SCP 5067 can be destroyed as long as their is a 5067-2 existence.

When the subject makes contact with SCP 5067 they will be 'judged' on their actions over the past 48 hours. A flame will appear via anomalous means with a colour depending on their judgment outcome.If the flame appears white the subject will experience extreme luck for the next 48 hours, if the flame appears orange the subject will not experience any anomalous effects, if the flame appears black the subject will be unable to drop the torch and in 30 seconds will be disintegrated by the flame. Subjects who have committed a crime in the past 48 hours will get the black flame while subjects who donated to charity or saved a life get the white. It is undetermined how to get the orange flame. If any colour flame is touched by a subject they will receive permeant burns.

SCP 5067 was discovered by ███ while going to [REDACTED] and was later retrieved by task force███ it was brought to site-█ but was later moved to site-█ where it is currently held. It is monitored and can be used by personal level 2 or higher for test purposes.
