Special Containment Procedures: Any and all instances of SCP-????'s primary effect (hereby designated SCP-????-1) are to be contained within plexiglass cubic cell measuring 3 meters on each side located at the center of a brightly lit, wide open room (currently a dome 100 meters in diameter). Each cell is to be monitored at all times by no fewer than 4 class-C foundation personnel. It is important that the entirety of the inside of the cell is under direct observation by a human. The surrounding room is to be monitored for any additional instances of SCP-????-1, which, if found, are to be transported to and contained in an empty cell as described above. Description: SCP-???? is an abstract phenomenon, the only known effect of which is to create instances of SCP-????-1, which appear to be human beings. It is unknown if SCP-???? possesses a physical form, although it is hypothesized to exist in a specific location. It does act within a limited area of influence, and only acts within a certain distance of existing SCP-????-1s. The furthest recorded appearance of an SCP-???-1 being approximately 38 meters away from the furthest other instance.
