Special containment procedures: SCP-5001 is to be contained in a 5m x 5m x 12m containment cell lined with electric wires and lead-lined water-soaked mattresses.

Object Description: SCP-5001 appears to take the form of any weird or threating object. Usually taking forms of Needles, SCP-087-B, and other fear-inducing items only the individual can see and they can not explain it.

Effects: SCP-5001 induces large amounts of fear and leads to the eventual suicide of those who view the face or body. Surveillance equipment is allowed as it does not detect any viewing from electronic standpoints. No know means have to been found to terminate the SCP itself. But in the mind, The SCP can be terminated. It kills by suicide or ripping apart the person body and eating the heart. It appears to be extremely docile but when disturbed or viewed, it will attack. It can speak.
