Special Containment Procedures:
SCP-5584 is to be kept on a standard wooden shelf in a 7 x 7 meter chamber, with walls constructed out of concrete. Due to the appealing nature of the object, SCP-5584's Chamber is locked behind maximum security door systems and is monitored by cameras at all times.
Description:
SCP-5584 is a plain white mug with no specific brand. SCP-5584 is filled with a luminescent Green Luquid, refered to as SCP-5584-1. SCP-5584 is a Luke-warm liquid that when tasted, takes on the taste of what the subject currently most desires or is imaging in their head, even tastes that are impossible to taste, examples being Dark-Matter or Gravity.
Within a short amount of time ranging from ■ to ■■ minutes long, any subject that drinks from SCP-5584 will feel a increasing urge to drink from SCP-5584 that only gets worse with each drink, leading to a withdrawl effect and ultimately, the subject ends up [DATA EXPLUNGED] themselfs.
