Special Containment Procedures: SCP-5038 is located at █████ , ████. It is to be guarded by at least two level 2 personnel at four main sections. Those section consist of the entrance, main office, inside the factory, and the shipping terminal. Instances of SCP-5038-1 are to be immediately incinerated with no personnel present. Description: SCP-5038 is a candy mill located in █████ , ████. SCP-5038 will peridocally produce instances known as SCP-5038-1. SCP-5038-1 is produced about 30 times a month, or once a day. SCP-5038-1 resembles a small chocolate bar. It has the word "GOO" printed on the wrapper. Production increase around the last week of October, presumably due to the fact Halloween is in around the time production increases. During this time period about 100 candies are produced. If SCP-5038-1 is ingested, what is now dubbed as SCP-5038-2, will start to form painful blisters all over its body, similar to that of an allergic reaction. These will last about a week before SCP-5038-2 will start to have symptoms that of a mammal with rabies. A few days after these symptoms appear SCP-5038-2 will seem to have super human like strength. No means of restraint have proven effective on an SCP-5038-2 past the second phase. SCP-5038-2 instances can infect others too. Testing with SCP-5038-1 has been forbidden after indecent 5038.

On the date of 10/29/16, during testing of SCP-5038-1 a D class personnel who was infected got loose. A total of 15 personnel were infected and killed that day. The killed personnel were as followed, D-77189, three level two personnel, 10 level three personnel, and one level four personnel. Some SCP's are also affected by SCP-5038-1 as SCP-████ and SCP-████ were infected and killed during the indecent.
