Special Containment Procedure:
SCP-XXXX is to be kept as a normal child would; it is allowed one (1) small child-size bed, one (1) bookcase filled with age-appropriate books, one (1) desk with one (1) chair, and has one (1) radio. It is allowed to listen to its radio for four (4) hours max per weekday, and five (5) hours max per weekend. It is allowed contact with SCP-YYYY and SCP-ZZZZ every other Saturday. Everything in its cell is labeled with braille. All lights in its containment cell must remain to a very low dim, and will be dimmed if SCP-XXXX states that the light is too bright for its blind eyes. Though it has a docile nature, one lightly-armed guard must be guarding the cell at all times. SCP-XXXX should NOT be given anything additional to the cell’s condition statement, unless cleared through the Foundation. If SCP-XXXX asks for sticks, the request must be terminated immediately (see Incident SCP-XXXX-1). When SCP-XXXX is being fed its diet, (a normal one suggested by a diet specialist) the Foundation agent is not allowed to go inside the cell, only slide the food under the door (see Incident SCP-XXXX-1)On days when SCP-XXXX is agitated, a shot of ████ will be delivered every twelve (12) hours to calm down SCP-XXXX. On days when SCP-XXXX’s telekinetic powers reach above a six (6) on the power measure, a shot of ████████ will be delivered every four (4) hours until the powers calm down. This telekinetic rule is only applied during weeks when SCP-XXXX isn’t being tested. If SCP-XXXX becomes too actively fussy when testing, it will be gagged and sedated.
Description: SCP-XXXX is an unusually pale male, devoid of melanin, seemingly age eleven (11), with shaggy, almost pitch black hair that reaches to its neck. SCP-XXXX is blind, with eyes that are milky white, that turn to a glowing indigo when its telekinetic powers are in use. The origin of its powers are unknown. SCP-XXXX was retrieved when its mother brought it into a doctor to get its eyes checked. She had claimed it was seeing into a separate realm or dimension unknown to humankind, despite being completely blind since birth. Foundation members then took it into custody. When SCP-XXXX is asked about this realm, it remains quiet and simply says “it is just where my friends live”. When asked about his friends, he states that his friends are named ████ and ████, and that they are human children he can only contact in this other realm. The search for these children revealed the other cases: SCP-YYYY and SCP-ZZZZ. Besides the outlined scenarios, SCP-XXXX is docile.
Transcript: This is a transcript of a meeting between Doctor Frank Mulaney and SCP-XXXX.

Doctor Mulaney: Greetings SCP-XXXX.
SCP-XXXX: Am I in trouble?
Doctor Mulaney: (chuckle) No SCP-XXXX. There is no reason you would be in trouble today. Unless you did something, in which I advise you tell me now.
SCP-XXXX shakes its head rapidly
Doctor Mulaney: I was sent here by the Foundation to ask you a few questions.
SCP-XXXX: Like what?
Doctor Mulaney: We’ll get to them soon. First, is there anything you will tell us about the realm you see into?
SCP-XXXX remains silent for thirty seconds
Dr. Mulaney: I see. Someday we will find out, but that is not today. First, I need to know about your recent dreams. Share.
SCP-XXXX: I dream about being in the other realm with my friends.
Dr. Mulaney: Can you tell us anything about this other realm? At least what it looks like?
SCP-XXXX remains idle for eleven seconds
SCP-XXXX: I do not know if the shadows will let me, but-
Dr. Mulaney: Pardon me, but the shadows?
SCP-XXXX grows more nervous, its heartbeat reaching levels of irregularity for it
SCP-XXXX: Yes. They are the ones who live there. The realm is all black and white.
Doctor Mulaney: (taking notes) I see. Are there buildings or street areas?
SCP-XXXX: Yes. It looks very old.
Doctor Mulaney: Perhaps like Victorian England? Or old like retro?
SCP-XXXX: I do not know what those words mean.
Doctor Mulaney: Right. Sorry. Continue.
SCP-XXXX: Everything looks old. It is cluttered with people.
SCP-XXXX falls silent, as if it can’t talk anymore
Doctor Mulaney: Can you describe the shadows?
SCP-XXXX pauses for a second, then grabs the desk lamp and points it directly at Doctor Mulaney. It then points at his shadow on the wall
SCP-XXXX: Like that.
Doctor Mulaney: So like… shadows?
SCP-XXXX: Yes.
Doctor Mulaney: Thank you SCP-XXXX, you’re being very compatible today.
SCP-XXXX: You are welcome.
Doctor Mulaney: Do you know where your telekinetic powers string from?
SCP-XXXX: My what?
Doctor Mulaney sighs
Doctor Mulaney: The power that makes you move things with your mind.
SCP-XXXX scoffs
SCP-XXXX: You should have just said that.
Doctor Mulaney: I assumed you understood due to the word being used around you a lot.
SCP-XXXX: (becoming a tad aggressive) I assumed you understood I’m just a little kid.
Doctor Mulaney: SCP-XXXX, you need to calm down.
SCP-XXXX’s eyes begin to glow a faint indigo color.
SCP-XXXX: I do not want to calm down any more, doctor.
Doctor Mulaney pulls the emergency lever, and three Foundation agents take away a squirming SCP-1978, before it can hurt Doctor Mulaney. SCP-XXXX screams violently in the process as it is injected with ████████. Doctor Mulaney breathes a sigh of relief, and the tape ends.
Incident SCP-XXXX-1:
SCP-XXXX requested a stick from the outside world, as it stated that it wanted a natural and new thing in its cell. SCP-XXXX also requested it was brought a new stick every week. The Foundation complied. An agent went inside to give SCP-XXXX its meal, and it found SCP-XXXX on the ground in the fetal position, rocking back and forth with its eyes shut and its head in its knees. The agent called out for SCP-XXXX, for its meal was ready. SCP-XXXX immediately jerked its head up, opened its eyes to reveal the indigo tint, and muttered a few words, seemingly incantations. The sticks scattered about the room flew up into the air from SCP-XXXX's will, and jetted to the agent. The agent was found impaled by many sticks, and SCP-XXXX was eating its meal at its desk.

//-SCP-XXXX changes the name of its friends’ each time it is asked, but keeps the same description. This shows it can’t remember names, is visiting new kids each time, or every shadow looks alike.
-SCP-XXXX shows a fondness for rabbits.

-SCP-XXXX refuses to hurt Doctor Frank Mulaney after the interview when he almost attacked him. Reasons are unknown, SCP-1978 doesn’t talk about it. This may be because SCP-1978’s biological father is named Frank.
-SCP-XXXX has a scar on its lip.
-SCP-XXXX perks up whenever it hears the name “Cheryl”. Perhaps this is because because Cheryl is SCP-XXXX’s biological mother’s name.//
