Hazmat suits

Item #: SCP-XXXX

Object Class: safe

Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept in a 6ftx6ftx7ft ultrasonic hazmat cleaning closet connected to a second room used for decontaminating and radiation checks for anyone that goes in or out. That room then has a radiation proof iron door that is to be locked at all times unless testing is to be done on SCP-XXXX, then the suits will be transported in a special box fitted for the SCP's transportation.

When testing is done the suits should be returned to the room and cleaned. Within the original room there should be 3 titanium utility hooks hung from the ceiling one at each of the walls around the doorway (one across from the door, on to the right of the door, and one to the left of the door). A secondary radiation proof door should be installed to close from the top of the doorway in the event of radiation emission. SCP-XXXX-4 should be kept in a separate humanoid room and should be locked at all times. Under no circumstances should SCP-XXXX-4 be touched or tested on in any way.

2 guards are to be posted outside regularly rotating every 2 hours, the guards should then be checked for radiation poisoning. If one of the guards feels radiation poisoning while on guard, SCP-XXXX-1 should be checked for signs of released radiation. In the event that radiation is being released then the secondary door should be released and specialized staff should immediately fix the problem wearing SCP-XXXX-3.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a machine made by Jeremy ██████ that has then made 4 hazmat suits each made of different material and all have a different "ability". Besides being made of different materials and having different abilities all of the suits have the same basic structure (acceptions for SCP-XXXX-4): a suit meant for a 5'8" man with a pull over helmet that has a Velcro seal going from the right shoulder arcing down to the pectorals and arcing back up to the left shoulder.

SCP-XXXX-1 is made of an unknown radiation material, most likely plutonium because of it's alpha particles. When the suit is put on or anything is placed inside it, it will emit radiation around the suit. While the radiation is low at the start of emission, it will gradually get worse and has a bigger area of effect until the wearer, or item, is removed.

SCP-XXXX-2 is made of stomach tissue from an unknown creature. When put on, the suit will seal itself and begin releasing stomach acids, the origin of which are unknown, and start decomposing the suit-wearer until deceased. When fully deceased the suit will open up and spill the acids and skeleton onto the floor.

SCP-XXXX-3 is made of an unknown substance seemingly yellow in nature. When put on the suit will protect the wearer from any outside forces, including any lethal weapons, any amount of earth poured on top of the wearer, and even time itself. When exited the wearer is unharmed in any way.

SCP-XXXX-4 is a suit 4'5" in height. The suit is cobalt blue and made of an unknown material. When not watched will move to a different location in it's room.

Addendum XXXX-A(Discovery): SCP-XXXX was discovered in 1962 when police from ███████, Ma were sent to Jeremy ██████'s house that had significant amounts of radiation seeping from it causing radiation poisoning to anything that was in a 1 mile radius.

Jeremy answered the door wearing SCP-XXXX-3 and when radiation coming from his house was mentioned by Officer ████████ the man swore under his breathe and hurried off not worrying about closing the door. 5 minutes later when he returned he said to the police that everything was "OK" and "taken care of". From there the foundation took care of everything else. The soonest thing being the next week showing up at Jeremy's house with a search warrant. When we wasn't compliant he had to be detained shouting the whole time that this was a mistake.

When agents went into Jeremy's basement they found a mechanical device that stretched throughout the entire basement, now known as SCP-XXXX-A. The device was dismantled and taken to the nearest sight for testing (no further suits have been made up to the writing of this document). Along with the device they also seized the 4 suits. The officers were given Class X amnestics.

Addendum XXXX-B Interview of Jeremy by Dr. ██████, 03/21/1962

Interviewed: Jeremy ██████
Interviewer: Dr. ██████
Foreword: I will attempt to get some information on the machine and suits that were seized from Jeremy ██████ yesterday.
<Begin Log>
Dr. ██████: Hello Jeremy, I'm Dr. ██████.
Jeremy: Where am I? Where are my suits? Where are my suits?
Dr. ██████: That's none of your concern right now, how did you come to-
Jeremy: None of my concern? None of my concern? They're my suits, they're all my concern!
Dr. ██████: Jeremy I need you to calm down and tell me how you exactly made these suits.
Jeremy: I will do no such thing Dr., if you even are a doctor, because I have been taken from my home, my suits have been taken from me and probably sent to a, a lab where they will be damaged…and you want me to talk about them? Preposterous!
Dr. ██████: Jeremy I need you to work with me here, your suits are very interesting and I'd like you to tell me about them.
Jeremy: Until I get to see my suits I won't talk, to you or any of your friends (he points to the 1-way glass).
Dr. ██████: (He gives a long sigh and looks at the glass) I'll see what I can do.
<End Log>

Addendum XXXX-C: Second interview of Jeremy, an hour after the first

Foreword: It has been an hour since the first interview and I have been told to tell him that he will gain permission to supervise tests for information and then terminate him afterward.
<Begin Log>
Dr. ██████: (Comes in and sits down)
Jeremy: Doctor! Did you work anything out?
Dr. ██████: Yes Jeremy, yes I did.
Jeremy: And?
Dr. ██████: My superiors have authorized supervision of tests done on the suits if you tell us all you know, I'm sorry that's the best I could do.
Jeremy: Al-alright, I'll tell you all that I know.
Dr. ██████: Great, now how exactly did you get these suits?
Jeremy: Well, I made them, with the machine that was in my basement.
Dr. ██████: And how did you come to acquire this, machine?
Jeremy: When I was done working in World War 2, I started to assemble it to make something that could make me invincible, somewhere I wouldn't be scared.
Dr. ██████: I'm sorry, "done working"?
Jeremy: Well, yes. I worked on the atomic bomb, I was in the Manhattan Project.
Dr. ██████: This explains how you would be able to easily get a source of radiation, did you use plutonium or something else?
Jeremy: Well, not exactly.
Dr. ██████: What do you mean, the radiation was coming from your house, correct?
Jeremy: Yes, yes it was, but It wasn't like I left out a radiation source, do you take me for a fool? It was one of my suits.
Dr. ██████: What exactly do you mean by that?
Jeremy: Well, I made a suit that releases radiation when something or someone is inside, and I had dropped some change in it, on accident of course. That was the source of the radiation.
Dr. ██████: Why would you make such a suit, and how?
Jeremy: Well I was trying to make the one you found me wearing at the time. How, well that's a different story, it just comes to me while I'm at my machine.
Dr. ██████: If it comes to you then why do you have three suits of different nature when you could have three suits of the same nature?
Jeremy: I'll admit, I messed up on the first two suits.
Dr. ██████: I see, now why would you want to have something that would make you "invincible", "somewhere you wouldn't be scared"?
Jeremy: After we dropped the bomb, I saw how much damage it could do, and the only thing I could imagine was how much the Japs would retaliate in the near future.
Dr. ██████: Now, what do the other suits do?
Jeremy: Well the other one is like a walking stomach suit. I-I wouldn't recommend wearing that one.
Dr. ██████: What is that suit actually made of? My associates and I haven't found the material that it is made of.
Jeremy: Well, I don't know I was sort of hoping that you would tell me. To be honest I just use the machine and put a bunch materials into it but I don't know the end product.
Dr. ██████: Interesting, and why don't you recommend we wear it Jeremy?
Jeremy: When you fully put it on, it will digest you until you are just a skeleton.
Dr. ██████: Where do the remains go? All the meat, the organs, the tendons, do they just disappear?
Jeremy: (He starts tearing up) I think that they become part of the suit as acid for the next victim.
Dr. ██████: And why are you upset by this exactly?
Jeremy: I had made the suit, the final suit and I went to bed right after because I was tired of a long day's work. And my son wanted to play around the next day with my second one to celebrate my work being done. When I went downstairs I heard a scream muffled by liquid and then it stopped.
Dr. ██████: What happened next?
Jeremy: What do you think happened next!? What, do you want me to tell you I went down and my son was there to surprise me? That he was alright? No! There on the floor, was his skeleton, along with the acid used to decompose him. Then my wife found out and decided to leave me. If only I hadn't made that damned machine. Can I get a minute?
Dr. ██████: Yeah, yeah sure.
<End Log>
Closing Statement: While I got most information out of him we still need the info about the third suit. Another interview will be conducted tomorrow when he has calmed down. He says that his first two suits, SCP-XXXX-1, and SCP-XXXX-2 were mistakes.

Jeremy eventually calmed down and was compliant to interview again the next day. He was recommended a psychiatric doctor for his well-being, he accepted and is now undergoing appointments with Dr. ███████.

Addendum XXXX-D: Third interview with Jeremy, 03/22/1962

Foreword: I will attempt to retrieve information on SCP-XXXX-3 and SCP-XXXX-4

<Begin Log>
Dr. ██████:So Jeremy, I'd like to know the sequence in which you made your suits.
Jeremy: I made the radiation suit first, the stomach one second, the immune one third and the blue one fourth.
Dr. ██████: Immune, could you elaborate?
Jeremy: It makes the wearer invincible, like I wanted.
Dr. ██████: Wow, that's quite an achievement.
Jeremy: Yes, yes I suppose it is.
Dr. ██████: How did you feel when you made it?
Jeremy: I felt like all my work had finally paid off.
Dr. ██████: Alright, now let's talk about your 4th suit.
Jeremy: What's there to talk about? It's just a suit.
Dr. ██████: I'm not sure that that's the case, see because if it's anything close to your other suits there is something to it.
Jeremy: His favorite color was blue.
Dr. ██████: Who's favorite color?
Jeremy: His, Jakob's
Dr. ██████: Is Jakob your son?
Jeremy: He was only 10 man, he was only 10.
<End Log>
Closing Statement: Jeremy was too hysterical to continue, we will interview him again when Dr. ███████ says that it is best to continue.

Addendum XXXX-E: Jeremy's 2nd medical appointment, 30 minutes after Jeremy's hysterical episode with Dr. ██████.

Interviewed: Jeremy ██████
Interviewer: Dr. ███████
Foreword: I am Dr. ███████, and this is the second medical examination of Jeremy ██████.
<Begin Log>
Dr. ███████: Hello Jeremy, do you remember our meeting yesterday?
Jeremy: Yes, yes I remember.
Dr. ███████: Good, good. Now, I heard you have a fear of the Japanese retaliation, would you like to talk about that?
Jeremy: Uh, sure I'll talk about that.
Dr. ███████: When did this fear manifest, and why do you think that they will retaliate?
Jeremy: Well, it originally started after I saw the destruction of the bomb, after that I wished that I hadn't created that bomb, or that I wasn't part of the team that made it. For your second question, what's to stop them? The fear that another would come their way? They won't care, no none of them would, they don't fear death.
No, all they want is to get possible revenge, someday when we least expect it, 100 miles off shore will be one of their ships, just out of range, and then they fire on the first major city they see. We won't have time, when would we have time?
Dr. ███████: And, what made you want to join the cause of the war? Did you want to join or did something force you?
Jeremy: There were 2 things that sort of pushed me into it: protecting my country, and my old man. No one wants to just sit around and watch everyone in town go to fight the war and you being the only one staying behind, how's that going to look? Not good I'll tell you. I had to fight, I needed to fight. 2 kids who were declared 4F unfit killed themselves because they couldn't fight.
Anyway, I was never really the fighting type when I was growing up so I had to find another way to be in the war or else I'd be a disgrace. At the time I was 26 and I had already gotten my P.H.D. in physics and when I heard that the Manhattan Project was released I realized that was my chance.
Dr. ███████: Besides the bomb, is there anything else that you regret about joining the Manhattan Project?
Jeremy: No, I can't say that there was, the experience was nice and I liked working with the other men in the project.
Dr. ███████: I see, can you go a little into why you're machine made two suits that you didn't want before finally making the suit that made you "safe"?
Jeremy: To be honest, I'm not quite sure. I put [REDACTED] into it, and I put a little to much the first time, and a too little the second time. Plus the second time around I put too much acid into it.
Dr. ███████: Oh, well, how exactly did you manage to do that?
Jeremy: Well while I was working for the Manhattan Project I had a major accident with one of the machines and it [REDACTED].
Dr. ███████: Oh, oh my…that's tragic.
Jeremy: Yes, but I try not to think about it. Anyway, is that all?
Dr. ███████: Uh, no, one last question, is there really nothing special with your last suit? During your interview you seemed a little, um, distracted with another subject.
Jeremy: Yes, that's a difficult subject. I made that suit for my son.
Dr. ███████: In what way did you make it? What was it's purpose?
Jeremy: I made that suit to bring my son back. I wanted to make a suit that could bring him back. I succeeded, but not in the way that you might think.
Dr. ███████: What do you mean Jakob? what happened to your son? What is that suit?
Jeremy: That suit is my son. Instead of bringing him back in his body, he was brought back into the suit. I tried all that I could, I did…but I couldn't undo what I had done.
