Special containment procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept within a Class III Humanoid Containment Cell with common food packages being delivered by a single guard. In an event where something causes 125+ decibel noises to be heard by anyone nearby SCP-XXXX personnel are either to evacuate SCP-XXXX using any available resources or are to prevent themselves from hearing it one way or another. Subject is to constantly wear noise cancelling headphones which are to remain on at all times and all conversations near SCP-XXXX are to be monitored by a guard wearing noise cancelling headphones as well. SCP-XXXX-2 instances are to be terminated unless orders from site command say not to.
Description: SCP-XXXX is a humanoid Caucasian female in their 20's with a nonanomalous piece of scotch tape covering their mouth. Subject is exceedingly cooperative with foundation staff being docile for most of the day and becoming hostile only in the presence of immediate danger.
Anything within hearing distance of SCP-XXXX is completely unable to vocalize or make sound in any known way. Subjects noise cancelling field have to been shown to completely negate the sounds of

- A hand grenade
- 400,000 wat concert speakers
- Fireworks
- Volcanic Eruptions
If anyone in a ten meter radius of SCP-XXXX hears a noise that exudes 100 db then they will be rendered an SCP-XXXX-2 instance. Instances of SCP-XXXX-2 are permanently effected by SCP-XXXXs noise cancelling even if they are on different continents. SCP-XXXX-2 instances also display the effect that made them an instance making anyone who hears a noise above 125 db noise become another instance of SCP-XXXX-2.
