Site 23 is a Facility located in [DATA EXPUNGED] and currently contains 66 SCPs and is responsible for off-site SCPs (3). The facility was constructed in March/10/2004 and is currently being lead by Site director and Head researcher Walter E Pickett(Class A).
Certification
By order of the 05 councils, the SCP foundation has accepted the proposal by researcher Walter E. Pickett to construct Site 23#. Walter Pickett will be appointed Head researcher and Director of this facility. The facility will be able to hold around 30 or more SCP objects, expansion of the facility will be led by Walter in compliance with the construction faction. The facility can hold 600 personnel/staff and 1000 D-class. The facility will be opened on March 10, 2004. We trust that Walter Pickett, with the staff, appointed or chosen by himself and the resources are given to him, he can discover and learn valuable information that contributes to the Foundation's goal.
After Site 23 completed Dr. Pickett chose a handful of notable personnel across the branches and transported/shipped the original amount of 24 SCPs. since then [REDACTED] SCPs have been added to the list whether that be through in site creation or gaining from different locations
