Special Containment Procedures:

SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment cell at site-██ at all times. XXXX is not to be allowed access to any means of writing or drawing, both physical and electronic, and it is not to be allowed to speak unless given express permission by a senior researcher. XXXX is to be monitored at all times with security cameras outfitted with cognitohazardous filtering software. its cell is to be guarded at all times by two guards wearing visors and ear protection also outfitted with similar filtering measures. All testing on SCP-XXXX is to require O5 approval.

SCP-XXXX is to be contained in a standard humanoid containment cell at site-██. XXXX is to be allowed one standard issue foundation PC with no security clearance or internet access, and with control software in place. Control of XXXX's computer privileges may be used to encourage good behaviour and cooperation. Due to XXXX's anomalous properties it does not require access to a site therapist or normal levels of human interaction. All testing between XXXX and other anomalies is to require site director approval.

Description:

SCP-XXXX is a Human male named John Vazquez. it is 1.83m tall and has a mass of 86kg. It is of Hispanic descent, has no noticeable accent, and was born on ██/██/1987. XXXX's hume levels have been measured to be slightly above average, but are still well within the standard deviation for human beings. XXXX was recovered on ██/██/2017 during an incident involving a different anomalous entity. XXXX was one of the many eyewitnesses of the event, and was to have its memory wiped per foundation protocol. When an amnestic was administered, however, it had no effect, and after more testing with increasingly powerful amnestics returned no results either, XXXX was reclassified as an SCP and placed in permanent Foundation custody.

XXXX's main anomalous trait appears to be a kind of mental immutability. It's mind cannot in any way be influenced by outside sources, and it appears to have a remarkable ability to resist mental deterioration. After extensive testing, it was determined that XXXX was completely immune to following:

• Anomalous and non-anomalous mind altering substances.
• Memetic and anti-memetic effects.
• Cognitohazards and cognitohazardous entities
• Mind-altering SCPs
• Insanity

-note While XXXX is immune to mind altering effects, all the physical effects caused by the items mentioned above do still affect it.
