Special Containment Procedures: SCP-XXXX is to be kept inside a 3-meter by 3-meter by 3-meter titanium cube, structured to withstand extreme pressure. No personnel under level 4 clearance is to enter SCP-XXXX’s chamber. For personnel below level 4 clearance to enter written permission is required from at least 2 level-5 administrators. SCP-XXXX is not to be tampered with. Any tampering will result in immediate termination.

Description: SCP-XXXX is a crystallized mass found deep in the [REDACTED]. SCP-XXXX resembles colored quartz, (SCP-XXXX’s color varies). No personnel can remember anyone or anything touching SCP-XXXX, although brief glimpses of people claiming to have appeared, (there is no record of these people even existing. (see Starwood Report)). One SCP-XXXX instance (deemed SCP-XXXX-1) has a black substance leaking out, despite not being seen from the inside. SCP-XXXX-1 has been deemed [REDACTED] to touch, although no one has. Any attempt to contain the substance leaking out has been unsuccessful. (see Wraith report).

Addendum SCP-XXXX-1: (Starwood Report): This is a brief overview detailing the events leading up to Dr. Starwood’s SCP-XXXX related injuries. A tape was found labeled SCP-XXXX_First_Contact. The tape was 8-hour surveillance footage of an unknown D-Class personnel touching SCP-XXXX. 6 hours into the footage, a test was conducted featuring personnel with no record of ever existing. The D-Class personnel placed his hand on a crystal, then the tape stopped in static. Approximately 1 hour later It started with no one there. Dr. Starwood’s body was found on the floor later after a scream alerted nearby personnel. His ███ were bleeding along with his ████. He died in the hospital later that day.
